Silly ME, I put them in AFTER the splitter... The whole time thinking "why the hell aren't the rivnuts longer?" I advise everyone to watch the video THREE TIMES lol
Well folks... I messed this ALLLLL UP because I hadn't seen this video yet... My history: I bought my splitter and rods. I saw videos where the front bumper came off (I didn't want to do that to my brand new 2018 TA 392 Challenger) sooooo... I installed the splitter WITHOUT the rivnut tool or drilling out the plastic rivets (as the video suggested). I just drilled some screws in (never used the Loctite that came with it. WRONG). Then I installed the rods properly on the underside of splitter BUUUUUUT my dumb butt decided to install the top part of the rod THROUGH the lower grill????? DUMMY!!! without using the Loctite... Welllll... I drive like a bat outta hell (175mph)... Bump into stuff... Cracked the plastic lower grill (why did Dodge make it plastic anyway). The top of the rod came out and was scrubbing on the ground like a pencil eraser. UGGGGGGH This also led to me having to replace the factory wind dam ($210) annnnnnd now I have to buy another splitter AND splitter guards (which should be REQUIRED hardware) because of scrubbing in and out of parking lots!!!! In closing for 1st time buyers/installers... #1 watch THIS video 3 or 4 times BEFORE you buy your splitter. #2 Buy the splitter guards. (unless you have air bags to lift the front in and out of parking lots) your splitter will wear away like an eraser. Hell, buy extra for when those wear away!!! #3 USE LOCTITE if you plan on driving fast... Heck even slow. (no matter how tight you THINK you got the screws/nuts they WILL eventually ease their way out) #4 install the rods just like the video says (and use the Loctite) if you drive fast you WILL need the support of the rods... You're welcome (in advance)
For your upcoming videos can you fully show off the product when the car is off the lift and on the car from a distance . You literally gotta tilt your head back since the camera is so close and can’t even get a good look of the product afterwards thanks from your consumer

could this fit a 2019 challenger SXT? care more about the holes lining up i can check the dimensions and see if the over hangs are ok on my end. Also your link doesn't seem to work :/

richard no and yes. U will need an OEM srt front lip and not the stock sxt lip. So u have to replace it first before installing tbis but there are some out there for sxt with the wind splitter
A front splitter that doesn't require bumper removal!!
i'd personally still add the splitter rods. 100+mph will generate a lot of downforce, better safe than sorry.

Hi can I get and use longer screws, bigger washer, and longer bolts. Instead of making holes bigger and installing rib nuts.
If you use bolts, washers and nuts, you can go that route.

Looks great. Is this the 3/8" thick model? It looks more than the 1/4" but sometimes hard to tell on a camera

Is it possible to replace some of the hardware with splitter guards? This install definitely easier than some others I've seen.
Splitter guards are meant to install along side the normal mounting points.
