EVs are still a niche market like it or not and Tesla enjoyed the boost in sales during the pandemic now it’s time to face the reality that the competition has caught up and the music is slowing.
Most of the deceleration in EV sales is because: (1) the market has not yet moved the price point of the batteries down where EVs are significantly cheaper to buy than ICE vehicles; (2) present battery tech in most American EVs will be eclipsed soon, making range anxiety and charger queuing less an issue; (3) yet need more functional chargers. The elevated auto insurance rates increase overall ownership costs, too. The promise is cheaper transport; current reality is prices of many things, including cars, are up >30%. Bill Gates specifically advised against 'brute force' policies which aim to force adoption of things 'which will happen eventually, regardless'.

I am rooting for Chinese EV and for Musk to fail and Tesla to collapse.
yup
Phil LeBeau always trying his best to keep the hype alive. Not working.
EVs are done
@@chiquita683No. Tesla is done. Too expensive. Chinese make better cars, with battery swap tech (NIO, Onvo), at better price. Tesla is 5+ years behind the Chinese cars.
EV sales are growing globally every month taking market share from ICE.
what they do not mention, they increased it by 1000 then decrease by 2000 so diff of 1000 reduction overall, sometimes I think they purposefully bash Tesla to buy its stock and make money at the end, eventually making Tesla to play ball with them.
Seems like the analyst is promoting Tesla.
Looks like Tesla is already making the $25,000 car 🤣 If the Model 3 was $32,500 with the tax credit that's $25,000.
This is so dumb. Even if autonomous driving becomes better, no Tesla owner can just turn his/her car into a taxi. There are serious liability issues if your car is used for taxi, let alone for robotaxi. Accidents are inevitable and who is going to be liable?
If Elon is the adult in the earnings call, then it will be chaos!!! Hope he comes fully doped up….😂
Tesla will be fine.. seems as though the people who complain about Tesla don't own one. Software is the new oil and currently nobody has better software than Tesla. No other company updates their software like Tesla either.
FSD still stuck at L2. China has robotaxis taking fares in major cities. Pathetic
Seems like the people who defend bad relationships are in them. It's almost like sunk cost fallacy is a thing...
EVs are still a niche market like it or not and Tesla enjoyed the boost in sales during the pandemic now it’s time to face the reality that the competition has caught up and the music is slowing.
@@Maxrepfitgm I've been a cop for 30 years. No one who is in a bad relationship defends it... They're just too afraid to leave.
@@solar2k6 I've been hearing how the competition was coming since early 2018. If I had listened to my friends I'd still be broke. 🤣
Joe political create a stat kernen to take ya out to a cringe worthy commercial break😂
Why so giddy about tesla stock declines? Are u a short seller? If so, disclosure is needed.
A lot people hate Musk. Add me to the club.
Most of the deceleration in EV sales is because: (1) the market has not yet moved the price point of the batteries down where EVs are significantly cheaper to buy than ICE vehicles; (2)
present battery tech in most American EVs will be eclipsed soon, making range anxiety and
charger queuing less an issue; (3) yet need more functional chargers. The elevated auto insurance rates increase overall ownership costs, too.
The promise is cheaper transport; current reality is prices of many things, including cars,
are up >30%. Bill Gates specifically advised against 'brute force' policies which aim to force
adoption of things 'which will happen eventually, regardless'.
Keep spending Billions on plants to build cars that nobody wants
Great business model, of course you could still hop on a spaceship to Mars
Wow, Joe really seems to have it out for EV's. Kind of bizarre.
Bought an EV, wouldnt buy another. Theyre simply good for around town travel. You still need a backup car or rental to go put of town. Too much of a headache
I don't believe you. 95% of EV owners would buy another.
@@mikepayne1350 I guess that explains why the prices are dropping so rapidly. Super high demand. /s
@@NightRidah777 they built too many cars. there is no drop in demand.
@@mikepayne1350 Have you seen their delivery numbers? Please go check that chart and come back. There is a reason why Tesla stock is tanking and every other EV manufactures is giving deep discounts. No demand
tesla self drive is better than all the robo taxi on the market today
🤣
NOT!
Look at the regulatory filings and communications -tesla lawyers will tell you there is no self driving above a level 2, NONE!, not registered, no hours logged, nothing on US roads.
Tesla retains the right to blame customers for the damage they cause! Legally operating autonomous is a lengthy process that tesla has not even begun.
You kidding right?
What can you get from other automakers like FSD?
@@walden6272

tesla's vision a.i self driving is "self learning" their system is the only one that can scale
Current Tesla owners crying 😢😢😢😢
This proves Tesla is overcapacity as Yellen said
out of your league
An expression used when a girl is just too hot for you and you have absolutely no chance with her
Like Uber etc. Paid to drive with metrics data gathering weather roads medical comdition body moneymaking etc.
FSD will be free soon
Lots of room for a rerating down.
I thought Black Rock was pro woke crap...
Quantum robo taxis would be super cool😅
that dude was like "ashton? am I being punked?"
Tesla fanboys are funny
Yes, funny, silly, and increasingly pathetic. Not an alpha male among them.
By 2027 we won't have drivers...what a lunacy....like I want my damn Mustang drive me lol
Amazingly ignorant. EV market share is rising month by month globally. Tesla is behind the Chinese cars at least 5 years. NiO solved the charging time issue with battery swap. And how often will you ever use a public charger with a 500 to 1000 km range battery?....
why is this guys right eye look like a lizards.
The Roadster will come sooooooon
And the Tesla bot, the submarine to save the kids, the solar roofs, the Mars colonisation, the hyperloop, the tiny car tunnels with manned Tesla taxis sooooooooon. Probably next year....
EVs in general are going to be on the back burner as the technology developes more. chinese EVs are already getting protectionism'd out of that global competition and will mainly be in countries that cant stop them in time. Hybrids are the future until the next big advancement in BEVs
How will Elon get his $50 billion?
Phil has some serious thought changes going on - one day this the next day that . His buddy Joe is apparently anti Mr musk - my sense his feelings hurt after his previous musk interview
Its gonna be a robotaxi.with a guy inside it ... Just like their humanoid robot was a guy in spandex m
Tesla sales are down because they aren't updating their vehicles to new-gen models and dynamic pricing didn't help, but with heavy updates, the Model S and X are how old (again), the 3 and Y, again major update, Tesla will have to offer things they don't like, the infotainment system needs to allow Apple CarPlay and Google's Andriod Auto, a power sun shades (or at least manual shades you can put up), you see adjustable suspension on the updated Model 3 Performance and I'm guessing the updated Y Performance will be getting it, along with cooled seat, great, FSD needs a major price cut, just to start, Tesla needs to either push the S and X to the large vehicle size spell classification, either way, Tesla needs to make space for a true midsize vehicle models, the 3 and Y are too small
Eat the Rich.
Guess the S stands for security in ESG
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular. They are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skills/knowledge to pull such trades off.
