Full Body Dumbbell Workout Follow Along (HOME WORKOUT)

  • In today's Zeus Fitness workout Time for another Full Body Dumbbell Workout Follow Along. You guys go crazy for these workouts , so we thought why not keep them coming
    Back again his time by making all the exercises compound exercises rather than focusing on individual muscle groups like the last one to help you mix up your dumbbell workout routine at home
    As always with these workouts , I recommend going light with the weights as it really does get tough. If you need to challenge yourself more , then you can bump up the weights or bump up the amount of rounds you do for a really brutal workout
    With this dumbbell workout we will be doing
    7 compound exercises
    10 reps of each
    repeating this 4 times in a circuit

      Oh double PS. How much were you lifting? I am slowly graduating to 8lb dumbells -- still do 5 lbs but 8lbs for some of your moves -- had tendonitis bad in my right arm and it took so long to go away and then it came back boooo... ANYBODY :) have any cures for this crap??? LOL!

      Oh my days, only one set of dumbbells so adapted for the last exercise but another great workout, nice to have a full body workout if you want and the choice to isolate just shoulders with the other workouts, these are great, many thanks

    Few TH-cam content creators actually do exist that create weighted workouts like this, the kind of workout everyone is actually looking out for. I'm glad I found this.
    What sucks here is that I never like Pushup rows that involve dumbbells. That kind of workout hurts my hands and wrist joints. I deemed the workout risky, not because of the balance, but the risk that you have to put your weight on the handles alone while straining your wrists and clearly increased at injury on it.

      Yes I try to create workouts that can be done by anyone and everyone 👍. With the exercises you mention, if done right with good posture and form and not going too heavy for what you're capable off there will no risk of injury, that could be said for any exercise really 👌.
      But glad you loving the workouts 😁

      @@TheZeusFitness thanks for your response. I can do pushups but I can't do the rows with dumbbells, I've tried it once with gloves to provide cushion to relieve some of the pain while doing the workout but I still failed.
      I'll take your advice with lower weights and start from there to see if there be any changes or improvements to ease the pain while doing the exercise. Thank you and I hope to see more of your home workouts like this.

    Liked the intensity. The transition between exercises took me off guard though , so quick, was always about 1 rep behind, had to laugh. Great stuff.

    Another awesome dumbbell workout! Heart is racing! After the first 2 laps around I decided to stop the video and go at my own pace, as I found I was falling behind by 1 or 2 reps! Just wanted to make sure I was doing the movement right! Loved the lunge with twist and the lateral raise and jackknife! Thank you for these workouts Grant! This was my favorite one so far from the ones I've tried! Cheers mate!

    Great workout, love the compound movements. Would like to get some advice on what weight to use at the start and I was so far behind you I had to pause a good few times!

      Just start light, with what is letting you keep up and complete all sets at a push! Even if it Means going really light at first! I think I was only using 8kg in this video and gave me a serious burn

    I did these with 20lbs. , and couldnt get balance for Jacknife , good pump at 3 rounds for me. Thanks Zeus

    Great workouts - short and punchy, just what I need to start the day. It might just be me but I have trouble keeping up between exercises. Would it be possible to have a few more seconds to transition between exercises?

    im 15 16 in 18 days im not trying to get absolute shredded but I want to gain some sort of muscle and loose some belly fat to show my abs a bit trying to get decently good looking body were getting pull up bar curling bar dumbells what go from 5kg to 30kg and some reistance bands do u have any tips how I could start -reps, sets ,how much in a week, diet .....

    This one absolutely ruined my legs! It's 5 days later and my thighs are still swollen! I can't say if I love it but I want to do it again as soon as it stops hurting... 😅

    Really tough workout. Either I've suddenly gotten out of shape or you were going too fast. Maybe a little of both:-) Why not go a little slower and make it a 22 minute workout:-)
