Wacheni kukuanga na negative thoughts....always if you imagine of goodness it shall come...so guard your minds with good thoughts my fellow Kenyans ...God is faithful
It's true but sometimes pia ukiangalia vile mnapelekwa you end up loosing hope aki sio kwa ubaya, politicians are stealing alot more than developing so unashindwa who's to do all this tuna watch hapa.
I am glad for this amazing development. Don't forget the less fortunate in your society do take care of them, by educating them freely, sheltering & feeding the ones that can't help themselves, you don't have to wait for outsiders to come with their handouts on their behalf🙏🏽😇
Hi, I was in Mombasa and the beach along mama was very dirty- plastics bottles and papers. I would suggest that nice palm trees be planted fenced and it will offer a nice view as the ships arrive.
What I’ve been thinking about. If they can reinnovate what’s there already and make Mombasa even better than Miami infrastructure wise.We can attract tourists and be on the global map
With all the infrastructure being built in and around Mombasa like the 30 km 6 lane Mombasa to Mariakani highway, the 17 km dongo kundu bypass, the 54 km Mombasa to Malindi dual carriageway, i’m now confident that this vision is quickly coming to fruition! 😊 Of course the city might not end up looking 100% like they had envisioned in this video but it’ll look at least 80% similar to the designs!
I am happy to see the progress that's being made thus far throughout Africa. So many have exploited the Continent by constantly showing children with flies, with their runny nose. Because that's how they viewed our people; many meant well. However, they were getting rich off Africans. Hopefully, the outlooks on Africa, for the most part Kenya 🇰🇪 would eventually change their mindset. Great expectations😇
It's not anyone else's mindset we need to change, except our own. What is the point of conjuring up pretty fantasy landscapes that any talented autocad student can dream up when we are still seeing corruption all over the country? Politicians continue to line their pockets faster than you can spell "chai". Our hospitals are still so poorly-equiped that anyone needing even minor surgery has to fly to India or Europe for treatment if they can afford it, or risk misdiagnosis and malpractice by staying in Kenya if they cannot. Chances are, majority of the politicians who knock on your door asking for your vote (or buying it, in most cases), cannot answer 5 of the most important questions they should be focusing on. 1) What is the population of Mombasa today and what is the plan to ensure the infrastructure is able to sustain the masses? 2) Why is it that more than 70% of students don't make it past primary school education, and what is being done to address this epidemic? 3) Why do we allow our politicians, local and nationwide, to get away with a ridiculous lack of accountability, and keep voting them in even when they do more to divide us than work towards unification and positive agendas? 4) Why is it that there is little to no investment in industry beyond "jua-kali", which has it's place, but should not replace ambitious innovation and creativity, which the government should encourage and fund 5) When will we wake up from our neverland dreams and take control of our destiny instead of looking for progress from self-serving leaders?
Abdirashid Hassan Nothing wrong in dreaming. Nigeria started dreaming about eko atlantic city a while back. Some of us who are used to empty promises thought the people were hallucinating. Google the eko atlantic city now and you will see the first five multi storey buildings have already been completed. Even it's roads and bridges are almost completed. Subsaharan Africa is continuously 12 million square miles with people that have basically the same ancestors which means that we are all related. If we put our minds to integrate as one with road, rail and air network, it will be the greatest continent in the world with considerable wealth comparable to Asia Europe and the Americas.
In kenya there will be atleast 27 cities. The likes of tatu city, konza e.t.c this process maybe slow coz of corruption and negative minded people but overall every county will have a world class stadium then the world will see the true power of 254. The blue prints are there the avenue for funding are available it will just take a leader to take the blue prints and make it work. Just like H.E former president Kibaki did. Watch this space
I can't be suprise......coz even my great grandfather will have a laugh if I said to him later we had a modern standard gauge terminus in Miritini Mombasa.....not to mention all other credible structures being built through out Kenya.....
Very nice & ambitious, just that those wind turbines can not physically be in the public. I mean it's just plain dangerous & unsafe. Wind turbines can not be in an urban setting, outside maybe.
there is something you did not clear out for us in this dreamland,, are this buildings and roads going to be constructed on a new land or is it the structures in the already existing mombasa town that are going to be brought down to pave way for that unforeseeable vision
kenya to host atleast one world cup but we need to pull together without negative
thoughts
Wacheni kukuanga na negative thoughts....always if you imagine of goodness it shall come...so guard your minds with good thoughts my fellow Kenyans ...God is faithful
rita kama stadium ndiyo tunaona moshi hivi sasa hi hii itakuwa ajee

Now it is 2023 Nov do you think this will happen after 10 years from now ?
No chance, they have been saying this since 1980s. Inside the stadium is still with mango trees and rusted kimbo advertising board.
sort out corruption first.

Dreaming is fine but hallucination is not.

Neanderthal Extinction
You are quite right about eko atlantic. I thought it was a pipe dream but it's actually begin to take shape.
Abdirashid Hassan

Good vision though the planners completely ignored to assure us on security plans and how intensity it should be

Vipindi viendelee bwana.Kwa hayo machache, asanteni
Rome wanst build in one day.one step at a time
The plan looks good but what matters is its implementation, impact to the society and the nation as well. Corruption is still the biggest issue.
I think is just a dream may be change all leaders in the government may be it will be God bless
Good idea, but where is land to build all this structures?
Dreams are valid but let upheld this to 2075
Good vision.
I wish to see the dream come true
I can't be suprise......coz even my great grandfather will have a laugh if I said to him later we had a modern standard gauge terminus in Miritini Mombasa.....not to mention all other credible structures being built through out Kenya.....
dreams are valid
Build it!
Let's all be Optimistic jameni...without having vision pia watu watalalamika why...ikiwa pia watu watalalamika. Surely , nothing can satisfy man.

At least some roads railway and afew buildings have been done by 2018..let's keep hope alive.
Ukuta wa stadium unaanguka munashindwa kujenga. Ndoto za mchana hizo
Will this ever happen with this corruption? First we should fight corruption.
I LIKED IT
The dream of machakos and mombasa have one thing in common, they are all related to dubai in one way or the other
This development can be achieved now not the year 3035, but Africa is forever slow
Very nice & ambitious, just that those wind turbines can not physically be in the public. I mean it's just plain dangerous & unsafe. Wind turbines can not be in an urban setting, outside maybe.
he stadium need to be large in capacity even more than the proposed to attract more sport event
lets start by changing it's name back to what it should be Kongowea then we can turn it back in to an African city before foreigners ruined it
there is something you did not clear out for us in this dreamland,, are this buildings and roads going to be constructed on a new land or is it the structures in the already existing mombasa town that are going to be brought down to pave way for that unforeseeable vision
If they cannot supply drinking water how can they achieve this
thats great
