So I wanted to make spinach artichoke dip but I hardly had the ingredients because of the shut down. I didn't have artichoke or mozzarella and only had weird shelf stable cream cheese. I had to sperate my spinach from salad mix!! I was worried and scared it was going to be a disaster. But then you said you can put anything you want in to it so I did I put swiss cheese, an onion, a little bit of basil and ham. And it turned out really good yes it's technically spinach dip but it's damn good spinach dip because you gave my confidence to make it my own recipe.

Try the King's Hawaiian round loaf bread and Lipton Onion soup mix. Cook the spinach then drain add the lipton mix and let steep. Oh I make my dip cold, especially for work potlucks....OMG the tangy and sweet bread together OMG!!!..YUMMY!!

Omg. My 14 yr old son loves spinach dip. He smashed almost of it. He said " mom makes my tongue want to slap my brain out" have to make this at least 2 times a week. If he had his way I will be making everday. He loves to cook and does quite well and now he wants to.learn to make this. Thank you.so much
My neighbor takes boneless skinless chicken breast and splits them. She adds garlic powder to the prepared dip (bought from Sam's Club or Walmart), coats the chicken breasts with dip and bakes in oven. They are excellent. You could make dip from scratch, but why waste it when you can eat with crusty bread or ctackers. I'm guessing she just spreads the remaining dip over the chicken and bakes in a moderate oven. It isn't browned so she may cover it but I'm not sure. Thank you again, Gina, for another great recipe
