The app worked for a few months now it wont find any lights through bluetooth. Already reset Bluetooth on both lights already reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

I'm having the same problem. Just bought a TL60 and it does not show up as a bluetooth device on my phone or my tablet on both the system level bluetooth device list or in the Godox Light app as a "connectable device". Wondering if the dedicated remote still works?

@@domlabr Try resetting the entire light I got this tip from Godox with the light off. Hold down the + button and then turn the light on wait a minute it will reset. However it only fixed one of my lights

@@joeensley3912 Thanks for the speedy reply with the tip! Unfortunately this did not seem to make a difference for me. My TL60 still does not appear on any list of bluetooth devices at the iOS level or on the "Connectable Devices" list in the Godox Light app.

@@joeensley3912 Tried again today and magically it worked. Go figure. Happier now. Much easier to control the options on the light from the app than through the menu.

@@domlabr That’s great this info should be out everywhere. It’s not posted anywhere on TH-cam or any of the owners manuals

The Godox Light App does not work!
It says "Cannot access network" and will not let me go further into the app to control anything.
It seems like no one has been able to get the app to work for months if you look at the negative app store comments!

Just bought a TL60 and it does not show up as a bluetooth device on my phone or my tablet on both the system level bluetooth device list or in the Godox Light app as a "connectable device". I see another comment below with the same problem. Is this a known issue? Also wondering if the dedicated RC-R9 remote still works?

Well 24 hours later it magically worked… go figure.

I have 2 tl60 and I want to be able to control them together and have the option to control them separate…. But when I create a group I can’t control them separate …. Thank you in advance

      Hi Alfa,
Ensure both are on the same channel, but set to unique groups. The groups are what differentiate your lights and allow you to control them independently. I hope that helps!

@@Strobepro they are on different groups. On the app but I can’t control them together if I wish to do so. It’s either I can control them separate or control them in group because when I put them in a group they disappear from the bottom “lights” . I’m not sure if I am making myself clear .

How do I use these lights with DMX and or a Windows computer? Bluetooth is not an option in a bigger Studio with more lights. And using the remote is fine for 1 light or one group, but complecated for having multiple light setups to switch to.
