Really cool idea and well executed test! BTW, your shot of the coffee exiting the portafilter was gorgeous. I stopped and watched that coffee coming out in slow motion a few times. :)
Good video! I know, or at least I think, espresso machines don’t do this but I wonder what the result would be if you could extend the brewing time and also add agitation, like ultrasonic. Probably nonsense but interesting thought
Interesting idea ! seems like the extraction was lower due to the lower temperature of the water and it brought out more of the acidic properties but would be interesting to try it. Video quality is really good keep it up !
