432nd subscriber earnt....... I hv a history exam tomorrow and i feel like this is going to help me a TON Thx for making a vid that feels fresh and was actually worth watching.....wish u the best for your youtube and academic journey😊
i love that i dont have to sit thru a 10 min intro and listen to irrelevant things just to get the tips Ur vid is so concise and effective, u just gained a sub
the method you're showing in this video is free recall and is a thousand times more effective than active (cued) recall (on an exam, you won't exactly have the same cues as in your Anki deck). I do it too :D if you're studying a subject like biology don't just memorize though, understand the concepts and ask yourself "how does this fit into the big picture?". You'll find that the next time you note down what you need to pass the learner's outcomes, it'll be easier if you understand the foundational concepts I personally combine this with Anki and mind maps (+ practice papers!! in exam conditions) and I get great grades
Broo i guaranteed that this even work for a dumb. Didn't wanna mean but if u think ur dumb just try this method along with space repition. If u feel like brainknotted even after repeating and going through ur notes for about 3 times don't hesitate to get support from a teacher, lecture, freind or video explanations beacuse that brainknotted feeling comes when you didn't understrant or learn theories well. So clarify what you didn't do well it'll make you proud yourself that ur not a dumb anymore. Good luck on your next exams big brains ❤
i told some of my classmates to go by the syllabus and they were crazy to tell me its too long and useless. i wondered that day but ig ill never doubt myself after seeing this video
hi, can you make a guide on how to study content-heavy essay based subjects? I found your video really helpful and concise so I'll really look forward to it
taking notes is a good way to understand the content, but you shouldnt overdo it, just 1 set for each topic is more than enough. instead you should focus on taking down the important information that your teachers tell you, such as keywords, methods, common mistakes from students.
yeah, it will take a long time, but the main reason i advise to do LO is because it highlights the important points, cutting out all the other fluff in the topic, and it helps you memorise easier. its fine if you dont want to keep redoing it, as long as you feel you are comfortable with the content, you should start practicing. hope this helps! ❤
its found in the syllabus as the main concepts that you need to understand in order to take your final exam, so if you can do those without any problem, you will be all set for exams, as long as you keep practicing questions :)
this is the first time one of these study tips videos actually ended up helping me

Do you have tips on note taking. Do you think it is better to not Nate notes and rely on already taken notes or study guides
taking notes is a good way to understand the content, but you shouldnt overdo it, just 1 set for each topic is more than enough. instead you should focus on taking down the important information that your teachers tell you, such as keywords, methods, common mistakes from students.
But won't this take a lot of time and it becomes boring to do the same thing over and over again. Added to the vast syllabus will this work?
yeah, it will take a long time, but the main reason i advise to do LO is because it highlights the important points, cutting out all the other fluff in the topic, and it helps you memorise easier. its fine if you dont want to keep redoing it, as long as you feel you are comfortable with the content, you should start practicing. hope this helps! ❤

Can you explain the learners outcome one more time
Its usually given as 'objectives' at the starting of the chapter
its found in the syllabus as the main concepts that you need to understand in order to take your final exam, so if you can do those without any problem, you will be all set for exams, as long as you keep practicing questions :)
