Totally agree with this! Speaking clearly and confidently is so crucial. I used to rush through my words, especially when I was nervous in social situations, which only made things worse. After focusing on pacing and breathing-thanks to some great tips from the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x-I noticed a huge difference in how I communicate. It’s funny how even the simplest pauses can make us sound more confident. Remember, clarity and charisma come with practice-slow down, breathe, and let your words land!
I must say, being aware of a weak articulation basket, is the first step towards a more solidified one. Thank you for this great content, you thoroughly explained with very specific examples what great speech can bring to the youth. Unfortunately what I have noticed, this subject of being aware of ones own articulation skills, is getting more inefficient every year. Like you mentioned, short form content, fast pacing of the new world equals to laziness in the most beautiful skill there is, clarified communication. Easiest subscribe in a while.

My problem when speaking is i get so nervous, my heart beats fast, sweaty palms and my voice becomes shakey. My voice is low and when i try to speak louder it happens like this. What i can do?
Start with a few words. Everybody is as awkward as us. It's just some of us are more aware of it. Also you should try Trans Atlantic accent. I'm a non English speaking person and i find that accent the most easy . It's breathy but also allows to pronounce words clearly.
It involves a mindset shift because it comes from your anxiety! And my response completely depends on what you are thinking deep down. Tell me and I can help

I would like to add that without action, none of the information/content you watch will make any impact or change. I’ve been watching self improvement videos for the last 3 years, to the point where I’ve turned watching educational content into entertainment. “Oh look at me, being so productive watching Jordan Peterson.” “I just love listening to some Dr. K tell me how to be more productive while sitting here being totally unproductive.” “Andrew Huberman fills the void between my sets.” But without actually internalizing and conceptualizing any of the info on your own, it’ll just come and go like any other show series that you watch.
Andrew tate is not a good example, he speaks way too fast. Feels overwhelming at times. He just knows how to get his point across. You also broke some of your own rules with the breathing for instance. However great video, I liked it.
Overall you offer really great advice that I’m sure applies to most of the people watching, however for me my problem is actually the opposite. when I try to speak-for example, when I am called on in class and put on the spot-my mind just goes blank. Instead of stuttering over my words and yapping (although sometimes I fall into this trap), I just blank, not knowing what to say. I am left to sit there in silence as the class waits for my answer, only for me to force out a half-developed, poorly-constructed line of thought. Of course, I embellish a bit, but I feel like my problem is less that my mouth is too fast, and more that my brain is too slow. Thinking deeper about it, I think I could attribute this to a poor attention span-my easily getting distracted definitely does not serve me well in situations where I have to think quick on my feet or think deeply about a subject. Also, that I have a tendency to really mull over every word and choose very carefully what I say before I say it. Because of that, sometimes my sentences come out a bit unnatural, and slow. Looking back on what I just wrote, it appears quite paradoxical. I am describing a paralysis due to both over-analysis and under-analysis. So yeah that is why I have trouble speaking sometimes 😭 I try to get in as much practice as I can through participating in class, talking to people, mentoring… any way I can talk in front of a group of people. Still, it is quite difficult. It doesn’t feel like it’s getting easier.
build a speaking framework so that it is impossible to fail when explaining anything, usually charismatic individuals use structures as simple as think for a second (making it clear they are thinking), make your point, give a great example that applies to everybody so that they can understand, and then explain why that's important for everybody. i went INCREDIBLY in depth on this on my newly released video, don't miss out! and thanks for your comment

- Stutters while speaking about effects of stuttering
- Then chooses incorrect superlative "...we choose the most poor words..." when talking about choosing the propers words in our speech, immediately followed by a sales pitch! 🫠
Jest aside, for one syllable adjectives, the correct superlative form(3+ items/groups) is created by adding "-est" (ex: smart --> smartest). "more" and "most" are used to form comparative and superlative degrees, respectively, typically only when an adjective is *two or more syllables* (ex: beautiful --> most beautiful). Even speakers whose native language is english make this error; it is commonly heard in the speech of Donald J Dump: "most biggest", "most best", etc!
Positive, comparative, and superlative forms are degrees of adjectives and adverbs used to describe qualities or attributes. Here’s a breakdown of eeach and some examples:
1. Positive = basic form (no comparison): smart, fast, happy, poor
2. Comparative = 2 items compared:
• 1 syllable: add "-er" (faster)
• 2 syllables ending in "-y": change "-y" to "-ier" (happier)
• 2+ syllables: use "more" (more careful)
• Exceptions: good → better, bad → worse
3. Superlative = 3+ items, highest/lowest degree:
• 1 syllable: add "-est" (fastest)
• 2 syllables ending in "-y": change "-y" to "-iest" (happiest)
• 2+ syllables: use "most" (most beautiful)
