This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

I have 53 3-ring binders in book shelves for my marriage years and multiple gratitude/idea/designer/mommying/hospiceHarping for all those “developing “ years. They are in bins Under beds, in top shelves in closets, etc... now with GREENLIGHTS I might need to take myself off to a retreat to a shack in Kona Cove and consolidate all of them, BUT I’d probably sink the boat with the weight of all those tomes.

An old soul who is awake, once you are spiritually awake, your body is awake inside and out and you are living your life through Source. The best place to be while in a body! When you're an old soul you are awake to everything around you much more than those who aren't, even when young. We also choose our parents - not always for good but for what you need to learn in that lifetime. It's also about your soul as many understand and how you're wired as in service to self or service to others. Less impressed is the removal of ego, as when you wake up you do the shadow work within which removes ego because ego goes against spirit. Millions of people are waking up now so many are dealing with the great awakening...physical doesn't matter, your soul does. Thanks, Matthew.

I've listened to three of Rich's podcasts so far: James Clear (which is how I found this channel), Goggins and now this. I'm loving it. An interview is so much more engaging when the interviewer has clearly done his research, read the book, digested it, and then thought of how to structure the interview. Some of the questions blow my mind as much as the answers. As a former corporate slave myself, I find it inspirational.

To me Matthew is a Hero, the decision he made of not selling himself to the Hollywood mafia, standing up to bullies, even sacrificing economic gain to keep his unique identity, that takes good moral principles and courage. Those two attributes are characteristics of a true hero💖Besides this, he is a good family man, looks like a good father, and an amazing actor ! Good Looks fade with time, a good heart , beats with you till the end.

@Double u OhEnA No. I am not Joking. I don’t get into the habit of disparaging someone without any proof. I did not find anything whatsoever about M.McConaughey telling people to harm themselves. On the contrary, I did find a PODCAST he participated, encouraging people to love themselves, where Matthew opens himself as a regular human being, good and compassionate. He is speaking the truth about Dr.Fauci, we have the right to know what we should be doing for our safety, a list to protect ourselves. We can all look in our own mirrors , see ourselves for what we stand, fact check our goals, analyze our priorities. I agree with Matthew, we all have something to share, an experience to help someone else live better. Understand that we are all individual, but we can all work together too. America offers the opportunities to improve ourselves, take the leap of faith, go for it, give your best to others, because on being kind and selfless, you are giving yourself your best shot. That is his message, I find it truly inspiring 💖

I appreciate the free spirit hunger for continuing to become. The hunger for shutting out noise. Living in Maui by the ocean in a modest home is so easy to shut out noise as well as new information. I can't imagine being a public figure and being able to still hear the whispers of wisdom. Matthew has been so wonderful for me personally. Even down to his clothing line. JKL (Just Keep Living) i has stage 4 cancer and wore his sweatshirt daily. Fixing myself in the mirror after being sick and seeing. Just Keep Living. I thought many times. That's all I have to do right now. Taking away all required mindset to just focus on living! We're all "feeling our way through the darkness guided by a beating heart". Hopefully we're stumbling and fumbling our way towards an evolving set of principles and values that enable us to take decisive steps down the obscure path that lies ahead. While ensuring our steps are cleaner and less messy than our previous strides. Each of us have strides and stumbles that our specific to each and every one of us. By taking the time to genuinely understand people's foot prints, no matter the altitude. Our lives become infused with grace, empathy, and curiosity.

His take on "you have to spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder checking to see if someone's in the room who you lied, cheated, and stole from" is actually scientifically studied and is known as actual 'karma' or the psychological weight of what we feel we owe to the world at any given moment. Each person carries around the conscious weight of what they feel like they owe to themselves and society and doing a lot of bad and evil things eventually puts a crushing weight on you.

The benefit of this "era of information exchange", as I would define it, is that we get to hear from other humans, learn from the examples we see of how to be a good human to ourselves and just as importantly, to other humans. IMO having the mindset of intention to be a good human carries through us and to those around us. We need to allow ourselves our mistakes and learn that they do not define us, they are only lessons to be learned. Life is about learning from day one, getting past negative mindset as much as we can and having conversations to support each other on the journey. Be well, care for yourselves, show that you care for others, encourage conversation with others, support yourselves and others. Peace to all humans.

Sheer brilliance - everything resonates Matthew is in alignment & so his wife 🧘🏾‍♀️ “she told him to go off/away & be with yourself” & then Matthew stripped himself down to just being (no email, mobile-calls etc) actually done it for me because detachment & knowing that one doesn’t need anything is the highest level of consciousness 🙏🏽even Rich’s interview style “take a bow 👏🏽👏🏽” so much appreciation & now you have my vibration co-creating “Namaste”

i think there are people in life that---it doesn't matter how "big" they get/become....they don't ever get too big for their own britches....and matthew is one of those people....he doesn't just talk the talk---he walks the walk and to/for me, people like that are my "hero's." centered, humble, reflective, aware of who/what you are....warts and all....self tweeking when needed and keep trying for a better self. doesn't neeeeed to be on a grandiose scale....just on the scale of your needs and life and your fellow humans....there's people that cross your path and ya feel like you need a shower!!----and then there's those that make ya wanna stop and smell the flowers...THAT'S matthew to me.

I have to say if there is ever someone famous I would want to meet its Matthew. Knowledge of self is something that some of us will never truly understand. I am not famous, I will probably never spend 22 days walking with myself, but I would love to have that opportunity to really truly know ME. Keep being an amazing person Matthew, it definitely resonated with me..Green Light

oh my word yes children need to learn resilience I taught tens of thousands of children you can see the children who have been wrapped in cotton wool.. I was so so lucky to be able to roam the streets to climb fo from high trees and test yourself I agree with Matthew we were so free to be children it was wonderful.... In the schools where the children are freer you see resilience and spirit forming. We need to give children the space to be able to mess up ..They also need to break away and not be controlled to the nth degree by the parents as they gain no sense of who they are I saw so many children over parented.. OUr children come through us and not for us >As we have fe fwere children we make them more precious thats the downsside today... I wrote my book REMEMBER WHO YOU TRULY ARE thats on amazon to help anyone who needs to find themselves at this time Namaste Sally
