Your pain is ABSOLUTELY all in your head. If people are telling you that, you should probably listen. It's actually good news because it means there is hope. It means the solution is also all in your head. So do not despair. Retrain your brain and end your pain. You don't need any expensive program to do it either. Plenty of good books out there on how to do it.

Thank you for your perspective! You’re right that the brain plays a key role in pain and chronic symptoms, which is why brain retraining is so effective. Research shows that trauma and stress can also impact the body and nervous system (The Body Keeps the Score is a great resource on this). A brain and body approach - like incorporating somatic work, gentle movement, or mindfulness - can help create more comprehensive, lasting healing by addressing the mind-body connection.

Just live your life with your current limitation, don't worry about it, don't focus on it, be conscious, rest and expose yourself just like in training, repeat and your brain does the rest.... This is brain retraining

No, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your brain if you find visualization techniques challenging. Visualization is a skill, and like any skill, it takes time and practice to develop. Some people naturally find it easier than others, while others may need alternative approaches to engage their brains effectively. We offer lots of alternative techniques in our program! You can find out more on our website or email us at support@re-origin.com
