Hey, just a tip that worked fine for us regarding the green background setup. It can be done as you showed but there are more simple methods. The first one would be to use the background settings in the presentation and directly change the color. No need to create a shape to put on the very back of the slide. The second method which is the one I prefer is to change the background color directly on the screens setup. After applying this, there is no need to apply something on the presentation as the background will natively be green. Hope this helps. Hey KayBee, Thanks for the comment. I actually did that later on in the video when I setup the Green Slide in the template. I guess I could have been more clear the first time I setup that single slide. I was worried that if someone applied the green bg color to a whole song, it could cause other issues that I couldn't foresee if some slides didn't need to be green. I really appreciate the comment, until I did a lot of thinking and playing prepping for this video, I have still been using my old techniques from pro6 of having a green .jpg as the BG. lol
Did you get an answer on this? I have the ATEM Mini Pro, and I am encountering the same issue. The chroma key works great, but if I clear a slide in propresenter 7 the program screen fades to black.
Love this video! You were super helpful! I am still a bit confused on how to have lyrics and announcement /sermon slides. With our ATM switcher I currently have it set up to key out the green BG that comes from propresenter. I am using looks to make sure the lyrics are a lower third. I can't seem to figure out how to get the announcement or sermon slides to show up on the livestream. Do I need to have a separate input on the ATEM switcher and a different look for them in propresenter? Or am I way overthinking everything. Also does it matter that I am trying to use the same computer to run propresenter in the room along with the livestream?

Any suggestions?
ProPresenter 7 can add any kind of fill you want around your text to make it easier to read. In terms of the DeckLink Duo 2, it will allow you to run 1 feed to the main screen, one to the stage display and one to the switcher for the web. And you still have a 4th output that can become a second of any of those things.
We currently use SlingStudio for our cameras and live feed. It allows us to use Chroma. The issue we are having is showing the motio backgroups in the sancutaly projectos but not showing those on the Chroma... I know we could simply turn off the media option in the ProPresenter look but doing that turns off the ability to show any videos as the Chroma removes the green from those videos. Any suggestions on how to set this up?
The answer is a combination of Looks and Macros. You need to create multiple Looks. quick example is 1.Worship(which disables the media) 2.Pre-Service(Enables Media) You might need more looks, but that will get you started. Then create macros that contain the different looks, these Macros make it easier to apply the correct look to each element. Songs, Pre-service slides to make sure the correct "Look" gets applied.
My church uses Propresenter 6 and the ATEM software Control 8.5.2 and all the colors except black show up on the screen. Do you know what would cause that and how we can get that fixed?

Question about using propresentor 6 to send lower thirds graphics that isn’t simply black and white. Using a green screen and luma up streaming keying...Is there a way for the keyed graphic from propresentor to stay in program view (like the down stream Jeter does with simple black and white) without cutting away whenever a camera angle is changed?
In Pro6 you are limited to what can be done inside Pro6. You need to send the output to a video switcher that will Chroma key the green out of the lyrics and then it will go over top of live video. The switcher will do the processing of switching cameras underneath the lyrics coming in from the Pro6 machine.

Can anyone help me understand why when clearing layers on pro presenter side that the output using chroma key makes the whole screen black?
