Cannot believe I'm sharing the birth of my baby girl after all these years... finally. What a magical time this is. We can't get over how incredibly blessed we are.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for all the love and celebration this new little life has received. We're so grateful for each and every one of you!

~ Immune Protocol:
- ERA to check my most receptive window for an embryo transfer
- LMIT for our partial DQ Alpha match (1st treatment began 2 months prior to transfer)
- Plaquenil 200mg (started 5 weeks before transfer and taken for entire pregnancy - prescribed by a hematologist)
- Dexamethasone 1.5mg (started day 2 of transfer cycle and began weaning off at 26 weeks - totally off by 29 weeks)
- Aspirin 100mg (started on day 2 and stopped at 36 weeks)
- Zumenon/Progynova 2mg (estrogen) (1 tablet twice a day, starting on day 2 and stopping at 26 weeks)
- Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mcg (every 4 days starting on day 2 until 26 weeks)
- Naltrexone 4.5mg (helps with NK cells - started day 2 until 26 weeks)
- Intralipid infusions 500ml (first was 14 days prior to transfer, then at 4 weeks pregnant, followed by every fortnight until 26 weeks)
- IVIG infusions (3 in total - first was 11 days prior to transfer, second just before 5 weeks and third at 8 weeks)
- Augmentin antibiotic (started 5 days prior to transfer, 1 tablet twice a day)
- Clexane/Lovenox injections 40mg (started 5 days prior to transfer until 26 weeks)
- Utrogestan 200mg progesterone pessaries (started with 1 pessary twice a day 5 days prior to transfer, and increased to 2 pessaries twice a day at around 6 weeks due to the on & off bleeding I was experiencing, then started weaning off at 27 weeks, stopping completely at around 30 weeks)
- Filgrastim intra-uterine injection 300mg (done by fertility specialist 3 days prior to transfer - helps with implantation)
- Tacrolimus 1mg (helps with NK cells - started 2 days prior to transfer, twice a day & stopped at around 5 weeks pregnant)
- Had bloods done the day prior to embryo transfer to check progesterone levels - needs to be over 25, mine was 20.6, so added in PIO injections as well as pessaries
- PIO injections 2mL (started on the night of embryo transfer and done every 3 days until 26 weeks)
- Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mg (1 hour prior to embryo transfer)

The way you interweaved the end point of pregnancy with the darker moments of infertility really just shows how intense this journey is. Your videos have shown every emotion and I'm so happy for you that now you get to be joyous with your little one. I’m bawling …. Bawling 😭…. I mean hard crying over here in southern Mississippi and sending your husband, you, and sweet little 🕊️ Mabel Dove 🕊️ all the love ❤ and prayers of health that I can. What a perfect name. You give me hope 🙏🏻 and that’s everything when your in the middle of TTC. My husband and I just finished my 6th miscarriage, which was Molar that turned into GTN requiring weekly chemo shots of Methotrexate for 18-weeks. I will be cleared to try again on my 41st birthday in August 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 🙏🏻 and try again we will. Thank you for your beautiful inspiring story. ❤ 🌎

I pray God wraps your family in his arms and keeps you as safe and happy as you are now. You were the 7th and final lady on my fertility prayer list and now you have all been blessed with a little angel. Time to make a new list..though I rather there was not a reason to, but there is so we will continue to pray for others who need it. Seriously the happiest vlog I have ever watched! I discovered your TH-cam channel 6 years ago. My son and daughter in law were trying to start their family. After 8 heartbreaking losses they found an amazing fertility doctor who addressed issues that their previous doctor completely missed. They now have a 4 year old daughter and a 22 month old son. Their losses truly were our losses. There are no words to tell you how completely over the moon happy I am for both you and Tim. All babies are indeed such a blessing but when you have struggled in so many unfair, unbearable ways, it truly makes you cherish these bundles of love and joy a little bit more! I truly believed in my heart that you would eventually have your beautiful baby!
