The laundry machines are in a strange place! That closet should be used for coats. Fireplaces are pretty, but they're poor heating sources and relatively few people use them often. Putting a TV over them compounds the problem because it's a poor viewing angle, and heat from the fireplace can sometimes damage the electronics. The kitchen has adequate counter and cabinets, though the stools get in the way. There needs to be a pantry closet, and perhaps the dining room display closet could fill that need. The master bath could add a shower to the tub. Except for finding a proper spot for the washer and dryer, my suggestions involve just minor changes. It's a nice home.
Did I see that correctly? Are the washer and dryer in the family room?…could you have found a more appropriate location for these appliances ….otherwise a nice floor plan

Камины тоже лишние, толку от них мало, а вот затраты реальные, дрова + трубу чистить регулярно. И всë тепло в эту же трубу и выйдет. Нужна спецкомната под котельную. И будет счастье. Обязательно нужна веранда закрытая, что бы грязь в дом ненести, снимать верхнюю одежду и самое главное, веранда закрытого типа, держит тепло во всëм доме. Если всë это учесть, то этот дом получится просто фантастика
Hi mate. Not intending to be too negative for the sake of it - there's a lot to like about it too - but just to say that I do find the placement of the washer and drier to be quite odd. I'd definitely prefer a separate small laundry room, possibly behind the kitchen, preferrably with an outside door. A small further thought in case it's useful for you: I'd also be inclined, if it were to be built for me, to make a small change to shift the doors on the two bathrooms to make the main bathroom come off the small hallway and make the bathroom between the bedrooms the ensuite.
It's very pretty. There are a couple of things that I would change. I didn't see any shower heads with those tubs. I would just have a standing shower in the master and then add a shower head in the other tub. One other thing, it seemed like the washer and dryer was in a strange place.
First off why is the washer and dryer in the main room that you invite guests to sit in? Really? That is the worst planning I’ve ever seen. Secondly, I’m never going to find house plans suitable for this part of the world. Once again the main front entry opens up directly into the living space. That just does not work here in Canada where we have four seasons with one of them being winter that comes with months of below zero temperatures. Not to mention all the heavy coats, boots, hats, gloves, etc that you have no place to put. This house would be lovely except for those things.
