If you did everything good then I would go under and check the thin wire on the starter make sure is not loos or disconnect it, if that's ok the remove starter apply power directly if it doesn't run then you need a new one.
Or it could be your wireless control module receiver which for 2005 Chrysler 300 touring edition they no longer make so what is a person to do about that?
I still have the same problem sometimes it starts sometimes not. Did you figure it out ? I think the ground wire and connectors on the starter needs cleaning.

I did that pin jumper wire, just clicks same problem. Sometimes when I move the shifter or rear brake lever it starts

Not really sounds like a bad ignition switch like a broken switch pin but hard to tell without taking thing apart, good luck.

I tried that and it worked later I tried that and the paper clip got real hot no stop or sound?
Never use any other metal to jump ,use copper cable.
The paper clip works but if takes long it will get hot and burn you ,depending how fast it turns on.
I tried with the paper clip the paper clip got extremely hot & blew out my 20 fuse
