- Chrysler or Dodge Lightning Bolt ESP BAS Limp Mode FIXED. This 2005 Chrysler 300 went into Limp Mode and it was a cheap and easy fix. We ordered a new Computer from Flashmasters. Contact them of check out the link provided.

A possible even simpler fix i found on fixit by felix. Turn the engine to on, let all the daslights go off, push the gas pedal all the way down and slowly let it up, turn the car to off then crank it all the way on. Totally fixed it in 1 minute!! Its called throttle relearning. Amazing!
Okay so just to help all you people out with the issue that happened with me I had the red lightning bolt flashing and saw this video saying to buy a new computer flash master ECM computer they're almost $200 or you can check the wiring to your crankshaft position sensor and make sure there are no wires that are exposed and touching one another that's what I just found on mine and I just separated the wires and sealed them all off independently and the flashing lightning bolt went away and I didn't have to order the flashmasters computer after all
Instead of wasting any money do this, turn the key to the on position but don't start the vehicle press the gas pedal 5 times really slow so the computer can relearn it on the fith time depress pedal slowly look at the lightning bolt and it will disappear and then test drive your vehicle and it will run like new without having to replace the ECM,guaranteed my friends.

There is also an overlooked item that causes this type of misfire, stalling and hard starts. That is the fuel filter module. When it clogs, fuel flow is restricted and fuel pump overheats. I have an 06 SRT 300 that had that issue, I did replace both fuel filter module on passenger side and replaced fuel pump on driver side. Its working as when it was brand new. I also replaced the PCM but I did so because 02 heater relays are built into it and had failed. If you buy a cheap ebay driver side fuel pump module and it fails, pump can be replaced by itself as opposed to stock which can not be taken apart. If so, buy a genuine walbro fuel pump to replace it. Its super easy to do.

I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 now I'm having a concern about these flashing lights that pops up on the dasher while Im driving it on the freeway or just about 3,5 minutes later driving it. And it happens to this car more often now also the odometer signals will move down to 0 like crazy,while Im speeding to 60 65 Mph. What would it be the issue my car is starting to have?
When this happened to my dodge ram , I cleaned the tb and that made it all go away. It was sticking from carbon buildup
