Hi Anushka, try working on some preparatory poses before this - Ankle rotations, do a few rounds of Surya Namaskar, then do Gomukhasana, Virasana, Ardha Matsyendrasnana, Reclined Eagle Pose. Then you can try Eagle pose while taking some support from a chair or wall. Hope this helps!

Mam I have got difficulty with this asana due to flexibility of my leg. My leg cannot be bend backwards as shown above. Is there any remedies?
