I just want to thank you guys sincerely for pushing this out on console.
Even if its not perfect, many console players are craving for Milsims like Arma, and this is truly a blessing.

And im very positive that they‘ll get this game to 60fps on series x over time, like they did with dayz. Also, i would rather play this game with bad peromance, then 90% of the new shooters out there on console.
Hell over on Playstation we’re all still using DayZ custom servers without zombies as an ArmA stand-in. In some ways its actually better than ArmA, reforger managed to take what DayZ had going for it and incorporate it into the next Milsim title.

Having no GPS on the map or hud icons for nearby teammates is a really good decision in my opinion. Relying more on actually using your compass and map to navigate will encourage alot more organized gameplay across the board.
Then you have people adding mods to show you where you are on the map. What a disgrace!
Will probably make it harder for new players they'll just have to learn. 😅
@@Alyxif Good quality of life feature, the game should give the option to toggle it on and off on the server level.
Do you have to compensate for true/magnetic north?
@@Alyxif It's the easiest thing to navigate a map via landmarks. Getting your bearings and figuring out where you are and where you need to be headed is part of the fun.
I enjoy this aspect whether it be in ARMA Reforger or DayZ.
Lets go BI, give us another 22 years, i wanna continue playing modernized OFP in my retirement :D
im a big fan of arma, i played arma reforged and i'm amazed how much it improves. i would love to see proper physics and destruction of buildings

it's supposedly already in game but turned off along side with furniture destruction
Props inside buildings are technicly destructible, its just not turned on since its in testing face. I don't know about the buildings themselves tho.
@@and281099 theres a mod to turn some of this on. Its called something like furniture destruction lite

I really enjoyed your portrayal of modern combat in the 2035 setting, but I am still looking forward to this new installment.
I am an avid fan of Operation Flashpoint, and Arma Reforger promises to deliver like the good old days that I spent on OF. I would like to see some reality applied to vehicles being damaged i.e. smoking more when so, etc... Buildings must also be damaged partially before being fully demolished to the ground. Lastly, I would like to see some facial animations similar to LA Noire where the least glimpse or wink shows on players.
If only servers worked this would be good
Been playing DayZ for years. Bought ARMA Reforger the day it dropped and I've now invested in upgraded my PC again. This game is and will be something special. Just stop adding gotdam nade launchers and sci-fi shit to DayZ now and we can have 2 good games.

Love how they mention Arma 3, its the fact that it takes place at 2035.
In Arma 3 there's multiple mission in the campaign where you train in an Augmented Reality (Thanks IDAP)
It wouldn't hurt to add game modes that we all actually can play. Don't wait for the community to complete it.
I love the engine and environment. Great job so far. This would also be great for WWII era. Can't wait to see this grow and the community content!

Depends what platform you are on if you are on Xbox yes it’s fixed at least for me
Depends. I’m on PC. I was able to get through a full Conflict session, which lasted about 2 hours, but a GM session I ran I was kicked about 45 minutes in.
The game don’t work. But thI few hours I have been able to actually play have been the most fun I’ve probably ever had
I can't wait until the servers are running well
Give us, what OFP Had - tanks, apcs, aviation, helicopters.

The setting of the game takes place in the lobby select menu after 5 to 10 minutes you always return to it

I literally REFUSE to play this game until BI add an "UNBIND KEY" function. It's a basic function that literally exists in every game ever and I cant even bind mouse 4 or 5. I'm only writing this here now because clearly writing it in the feedback option in game does nothing, as this basic function has still yet to be added after multiple updates now and multiple complaints.

i think it ll be fixed with the new engine , we'll see.
The performance has improved a lot since the release of the Arma 3 alpha. I wouldn't hold your breath for any miracles now though, I think they've pushed the old engine as far as it can go without major rewrites. That's why they're switching to the Enfusion engine.
Please remove the mouse smoothing/acceleration and the capped max turn speed. It is such a detriment to an otherwise great game.
You need to fix the disconnecting first… forget whatever you just rambled on about. We cannot play a full match with being disconnected. You fixed crashing…

Reforger is looking very plastic. Animations and MODELS are better in arma 3. I know that's a raw product so far, but lags will be insane after you add an OFP destruction system even. Please, keep Arma its own way, we want mortars and arma 3 settings, not DayZ, squad or whatever other b***s***.
And thanks for your work.
Ps: Ofp resistance was better than cold warm in their story and scenario.

@@willem8152 it means that a mod was outdated or broken other people could modify it to make it work unless otherwise stated by the creator of said mod, it also allows for just the general modification of mods that are already out for the purposes of tweaking something in that mod, very standard stuff it

The only thing I don't like about this game is that it is not modern military FPS. I just don't like WW2 games. I am definitely buying this game and hopefully I will get used to it.

I was in the 🇬🇧 forces 1984-1990 spent time on the Norway Russia border ace mobile force, this game is as real as it gets give me that old military feeling again.
When we getting armor like that’s the only thing I love about arma is tank combat with multiple crew members
