There's no ads on shorts...
Maybe training the fingers and then moving on to progressively strengthen the supporting muscles from the fingers towards your biggest muscles could have worked better

the emotion in that yell says everything! congrats on pushing through adversity and achieving this elite skill!
390 days is a long time dang he deserves it

that scream you hear at the end is the feeling we're all chasing in the gym and by god it brings a tear to my eye to see/hear it.
Nobody asked tbh

Bro dont 'hope'. Say I will. If you really want it, you can get it. Looking at the guy im 100% sure you will be eben stronger than him with working out 3 times a week. Get it king ‼️
Formerly average guy now top percentile guy 🔥🔥
But its just stupid to teain obly this one move
@@sendmethisnow3106 he doesn't only train this one move.
Practice is a hell of a skill
@@sendmethisnow3106 its stupid to not know how to type😪
If you can do one arm pullup, you are already in the top 1%
Bros right arm boutta be telling the wrong story to people about why why it's out of proportion compared to the left lmao
ahah
This is cool because it shows how serious goals take time, persistence and dedication. Not the usual “2 month transformation” crap social media is filled with.
Very impressive feat
‘He is a man of focus, commitment, and sheer fucking will.’
john geek
On his right side i agree 😂😂
Baba Yeah Guy
It's 10% luck, 20% skill, and 15% concentrated power of will. It's 5% pleasure and 50% pain, and 100% the reason to remember the name. 🎶🎵
I once saw him kill a man with a resistance band..
I love how you squeezed at the top too because you were thinking “I better make this one fucking count!” Good on you dude that is unbelievable dedication
I trained those with no resistance. The key to work up to it safely, is to do scapular movements first. Raise your body as much as you can without moving your elbows.
Hang first to strengthen your hands and get your arm and torso bones used to the load.
Then scapular inch-ups to strengthen your back and shoulder muscles.
Naturally, your body will ask for more and you'll do the full motion pull-ups
Really nice tip dude!
Thanks for the tip bro
im 35 and in my physical prime. You have time, homeboy
😅 He looks Asian, he might be 45 😅
Everyday is your prime, compered to tomorrow

How old is this guy?
People always say you have time, but not forever, and it runs out before you know it. I might as well get ahead of the curve
Day 390. Thats an amazing commitment bro
That is a perfectly cut scream right there
That's truly dedication my guy. 390 days training 1 move. Impressive. 👏
As Bruce Lee said "dont fear the man who's practiced 1000 different moves, fear the man who has practiced a single move 1000 times" or something like that.
Pov: that shoulder injury unlocks new fear
Dude, this is super inspiring. Congrats🎉
Mark A i can help you get this movement easily 👍
That scream caught me off guard, congrats tho.
Now do the no hand pull-up
Lmfao levitation
Ah yes, we call that “the jump”
The way he was so calm and the YEAH was so funny
Tip: in order to avoid shoulder injuries, train for one arm chin up instead of one arm pull up
The yell at the end was sheer power.
Bro said “sleeper build, fuck that” he is a straight 💀 build. Good shit man your strong af 💪
Wtf does that even mean

This is just insane. I cannot imagine having that kind of dedication. Keep it up!
That scream sounds almost exactly like when you complete a level in the original Rayman 😂
Homeboy gonna come out the house like Quagmire when he discovered internet corn. 😂
The scream of glee and joy made me smile
Bro didn't stop till he had the cleanest rep humanly possible💪
He was so calm and then “YEEEAAAAa”
We all age and grow up. But when you achieved that pullup and had to scream with joy, I swear you were 12 again
The shoulder thing is so true, so many of us cant let our egos go. Even rn, I have a bit trouble letting my ego go for my terrible muscle up form.
Trying to get back into it after an injury has always been the hardest for me when it comes to ego lifting lol. "I lifted this weigjt 4 months ago there's no reason i cant do it now"
@@bryanhugh8905 and you end up just getting more injured. This is what made me stop exercising for a year because i just lost the passion when i was away from it for so long
I love that you still "pulled on the band" automaticly on the final try haha
The excitement at the end 😂
Good work my guy
Magnus Midtbo has a video where you grab the wrist of the pulling hand, and progress by moving down the forearm.
thats what i do, cant take my other hand off yet but hopefully soon.
It also helps to do negatives, they’re harder on the muscle and help progression.
@@olafforkbeard4782 yup, both the resistance band assisted and eccentric holds, the way of the arm wrestlers
Magnus is such a great dude.
@@joshrivers3939 great work Josh, more than I can do.
Holy crap 390 days good job
The pure joy in that yell is contagious
Consistency IS a superpower that we all have access to. Way to go young king!
Props to this man he risked a year just for this vid
He has got much more - practical understanding how physical training works. It looks simple, but thousands of people can't progress no matter how hard they exercise .
Not for a video, he did it for himself.
Now that’s discipline and dedication! 💯
Little did he know that his asymmetric strength lead to many jokes later in life.
Bro that yessssss was premium asf
Love the consistency, don’t quit after this tho. There’s so much more that you can do now that you’re this strong. Just need to start with balancing out those muscles.
Love the adrenaline from the eventual achievement. Well earned keep going bro 💪💪
Dedication at it’s finest
The primal scream of celebration meant a lot, congratulations!
Congratulations man! 🎉 the part I liked most was your honesty, and, being clear it took 390 days of work! Well done :)
He didn't train that hard, when I started my pull ups went from 6 to 30 in like 50 days. By that time I could do one arm pull up.
@@DuBstep115so I take form you that’s everyone is the same regardless of their physical abilities 😂
Congratulations, Tryndamere!
You only celebrate like that after a year of 0 victories and then it finally comes. This is a TRUE victory
That scream was like Wile E. Coyote falling off a cliff
Would you ever consider doing a pull-up endurance challenge?
Pound for pound. He is stronger than 99.999 people that loft heavy ass weights
He is not. He is just incredibly light weight. All strong men contests are build off of fat bulky dudes that could never do this move, but they are still 10 times stronger than this guy.
@@maegnificant if your argument stand, uve gor a better chance of seeing Santa Claus than seeing a boney dude doing a one arm pull up in a gym
@maegnificant "pound for pound" as in relativity, Surely youve heard the ant story before son.
@@GrubbyGameContent still no. Heavier weight lifters lift more percent wise because they have more and stronger Muscles
@@maegnificant in terms of relative strengh most "light weight" people are stronger, in absolute weight of course the heavier people have an advantage, but saying "he is just light weight" is just some egoistic bullshit
Bro the way that you scream at the end got me dying 😂😂😂😂😂
Physical prime? I’m 42, 5’6”. Exactly one year ago today, the day after Thanksgiving, I was 212 lbs. and I decided to lose weight. By May I was 143 and decided to work on my physique. Started calisthenics. Did tons of body weight exercises, then started to learn calisthenics moves. Started with the L-sit. By the end of the summer I was doing L-sits into handstands. Now I’m working my way to a full planche. I’m in the best shape of my life right now at 42. Even better than when I was working out and looking cut when I was 25. In fact, I have more muscle definition and see more muscles on me than I ever have before. Physical prime has nothing against mental fortitude……
Your potential peak was in your 20s, but since you didn't reach it then, I am sure you have still a lot of progressions ahead. I do believe you will keep progressing even in your forties, you have great potential and peak is very very far away :)
Yeah I feel it's only slower to put on muscle but still there... It's all based on consumption and rest realistically anyways ... Aside from t levels 😂
bro actually trained for more than a year to do a single move properly
that's dedication
It only takes like 5 minutes a day to climb up there though, that's why calisthenics are so effective. Takes 10 minutes and makes you strong af. I don't consider myself a gym bro at all anymore and yet I'm more jacked than I was when I went to the gym
+ one Perfectly cut scream compilation
bro went super saiyan at the end
Did you train both sides for it?
he did but he filmed same side for video consistency
This scream at the end... FLAWLESS VICTORY
Now you have a strong right arm and a weak left arm.
Bro you don't lose your physical prime until your well into your 30s & even 40s if you stay in good shape your whole life.❤ I'm 31 & can still skateboard parkour & martial arts. Age hasn't slowed me. It's made me more focused mentally.
Dude, two words: ECCENTRIC MOVEMENTS! Start at the top by using both hand then resist the fall with one hand and an elastic band in the other hand. 40 to 50 days would be enough 😅
Nice commitment and congrats for this success 💪
in what world is it normal to reach a oap in 40-50 days hahaha
@@ErikDerElektriker "train smarter not harder."
If you're not overweight and work every single day like this guy for only one specific move, 50 days is enough.
@@swalscha If you have a very high level of strength before you start yeah, but if you can do some good basics like 10-15 pull-ups 50 days is wat too less
@@ErikDerElektriker strength is build over stability. If you try to gain strength with poor stability you're gonna take months for a oap sure, if not injured first. But if you include exercises to reinforce small muscles that contribute to an overall core stability, you'll allow the bigger muscles to work properly.
So imo, with exercises like a "typewriter"/lateral push-up and pull-up (both hands) and one arm superman push up hold included in the program for the oap, you'll need significantly less more days. Just repeating the same unique movement is not always the smarter choice to progress.
In an other video he responded why he didn't try the eccentric + elastic band method, he said that the path followed during the exercise wasn't the same with an assisted band. I agree with him that it is an important point but it's because of his lack in stability that he couldn't engage a proper path or near this path.
Train smarter not harder = do things in order, step by step 🤷🏻♂️
Congratulations by the way, jokes aside! Brilliant way to hi-light the importance of proper progression rather than rushing
That is amazing and very inspirational, thank you for sharing this!!
Bro was seeing demons the way he was shaking at the end 💀, great work so keep it up.
The sheer joy. Beautiful! Well done!!
Dude I was thinking you was gonna pop the bicep man. Nice work!
390 days, that really puts it into perspective. I started running two months ago and I was getting discouraged because I noticed no results. You saying it took you 390 days to achieve this feat gives me hope that my stamina and strength will improve in time
Stamina builds very fast.
This dude was making continious progress, he just crossed a arbitrary boundary after a long time.
You should watch some videos about how to increase running abilities, because there are a lot of mistakes that can stunt you progress.
That energy was awesome once you hit it!!! Keep it up!!!
I LOVE HOW HE YELLED AND THEN IT CUT OFF PERFECTLY MMMMMMM 😂❤❤❤❤
Anyone who can do a one arm pull-up is instantly a legend.
Fck Yeah Man!!! No short cuts, only hard work.
You earned it! 👊
bro walkin around like tryndamere
that mike wozouiski scream lmfaoo
Left arm is like “what about me bro?”
You don't fail when you keep trying but can't complete a challenge.
You fail when you stop trying.
Keep at it!
Love your videos ppl give up too soon and you don’t stop till you get your goal
Bro says physical prime and looks like a professional dnd player
Bro looked like quagmire after discovering The internet
Video cuts before he competed his super saiyan transformation
Now you have one arm much stronger than the other.
Well done brother! Consistency is key 👏🏻
bro said "as we predicted" then said the unpredictable💀
Damn. 390 days of perseverance. I can’t do a pull up yet, and I do 50 lbs on the assisted pull up machine. I now realize how long I’ll need to persevere to achieve a regular pull up
Perseverance isn't the only requirement, you have the train smart as well. He uses a resistance band for assistance
My eyes won’t deviate from his glasses, those those bad bois got some serious calibration. 😂
Bro turned ito a super sayan at the end of the video😂🔥
That Saiyan Warrior yell at the end! LET'S GOOOOOO! great job, mate.
Congratulations! It's tough for me to even hang with just one arm. Palm hurts too much.
Now THAT is an achievement. Well done mate
Congratulations! Great work!
Bro, calm down. Don’t go super saiyan on us, we’re not ready.
Excellent work dude!!! I’m working on these now 🤘🏽
Went super sayain at the end there
Congratulations. You completed an elite lift.
Amazing!! Awesome dedication man!
This man is the epitome of what you can achieve with persistence. Every video constantly has me going "what if I had started x" when I first wanted to?
Gotta love that YEEEAAAH at the end. Well done, dude.
He just went super Saiyan 3 right there
Excellent training
Awesome brother!! Great effort way to hang in there!! I hope hitting this goal makes this your first of many mastered movements. 🔥🔥
