If you can do a weighted pull up with around +80% bodyweight, you're string enough for at least 1 arm pull up. Crazy guys like him that can do 1 arm pull ups for reps can easily do +100% bodyweight pull ups or even more. That's ridiculous strength
@@TheAnarchist99 It's true pulling strength-wise but not necessarily wrist/tendon strength-wise. People can fuck up their wrists really easily by doing one arm pull ups without insane conditioning.
