For anyone wondering about the last clip, Dare lost track of the game count, which had an effect on bans in the bracket reset, and was why he was so angry. SaltyDoge won the first set and then the reset 3-1. You don't get to replay a set because you lost track of games/stage bans.

Always remember that it's okay to be salty, it's not okay to show that you're salty through raging, cussing, or being a bad sport. When I get beat at locals and I'm disappointed in myself, of course I'm salty lol. But I never show it. I always make eye contact with my opponent, shake their hand, and say good game.

It's perfectly fine to rage and cuss, as usually, those are just words, you can always apologize (sometimes raging can be hitting something, or throwing the controller, that also fine, as long as nobody gets hurt and you take responsibility for anything broken). I agree with not being a bad sport though
Exactly. Lets be honest, about 94.3% of us are playing to win and get that money (others are trying to just get better and learn). So yeah, losing is never fun. I will always however, still smile or shake their hand or hug it out or whatever but I'm definitely still a bit salty for losing lol.

A good handful of these weren't people being salty or ragequitting. It's normal to feel disappointed in yourself, as long as you aren't causing a scene or disturbing your opponent and the venue, feeling bad is fine. It's like, are people supposed to always be smiling or not showing any emotion?
I think they're expecting people to be like "aw I lost" and just shake hands with the opponent. Its called good sportsmanship. If you carry on like some of these people are, even though its not very extreme, is seen as the person being a sore loser. You dont see people in professional sports throwing minor fits for losing do you? At least its not very common from what i know. I do agree though that some of these are not really major enough to warrant being on a list like this though.

Players really shouldn't be allowed to just pause/quit the match like this. So obnoxious to watch them act like babies that they can't handle the extra 10 seconds of watching the attack play out and instead just have to quit and storm off stage like it wasn't their fault.
I know the video's old, but generally the pausing is turned off during games in most tournaments, so idk why it wasn't here.

People have the fairest right to have a negative reaction to an event that happens to them. But, it’s unacceptable to be unleashing an unnecessary rage bomb in public like that. I don’t think it matters too much if you’re on your own, but it just makes the negativity increase farther. The No Contest option is pretty bad now that I think about. Let the win flourish and just walk away from the self-inflicted negativity. The prize is the grand prize, sure, But that seems to be all thats in their head when playing.

Anthony Georgopoulos The Sheik player lost track of games because there was a bracket reset, so when he lost the last game of the second set, he thought it was only 2-1 instead of 3-1. Because of that, he wanted a reset or something, even though the Duck Hunt player won fair and square. That's why the DH player was so aggressive near the end when the Sheik didn't even want to watch the footage that showed that the set was done.
