**Update** Just did the workout and finished the first half in 8:51, well ahead of my EMOM goal pace. Not sure if that was a bad thing, but got through the first set of 135# thrusters with about 4 minutes left on the clock. Failed 4 BMU and managed to squeak one out at the 14:50 mark. Finished with 108 Reps at RX! Let's gooooooo!!!!!!! This is my first time hoping to get to BMU in an Open Workout! Thank you for the awesome content and motivation to get after this!
Gotta appreciate that you show the entire video compared to other competitors. Also sharing tips of how you performed and how to perform better. Others won't show the whole video cause they are scared people will copy or learn from their performance and do better. You give the vibe, bring it on.
others are not scared LOL they literally tell you what the workout is. LOL they just want to share everything within a conservative time. He will be doing the same thing too .
