I really don’t believe we can truly appreciate how mentally strong you have to be to compete or complete these games. Everyone of these guys is unbelievable and a credit to the skin they’re in.
I agree! It's so funny too how the commentators are completely brutal to the other competitors, I'm just sitting here wondering it must be like to be a family member of the other athletes listening to the announcers say "no one else here matters besides Matt and Noah" or "Mcleod is the most consistent person at missing the podium"
@@Mitchthisis and to be honest Michael I'd bet that both Matt and Noah are embarrassed at the commentators comments. There has to be comradary between participants and knowing that you're up against such athletes only adds to the personal mental strength required to get you home. I've seen both Matt and Noah encouraging all competitors home and that's a recognition of their understanding of competition and grim determination. Victory counts for nothing without competition and understanding of mental strength is only truly known when walking away from a sport that's put you on a pedestal.
Only 10% of people make it from the open to regionals. Think about that, you’re already the top 10% fittest people in the world, before you even compete to make it to the games. If you make it to the games, you’re a wrecking ball of grit, strength and pure will. Years of dedication and putting in the work when no one else cares. Respect is due to everyone of these athletes. If you’re dead last at the games, you should be beyond proud of yourself!
14-15 were definitely the best. Froning ending his individual career and then the next year a absolute beast of a battle between Ben Smith and Fraser. Oh the glory days lol
I think those are 1.25lb weights, bringing it to 137.5lb. Honestly, this is a decent overhead press weight for someone around 170lb body weight, but I couldn't do it repeatedly like this! :0
So they install three identical ring racks to make athletes doing every ten reps on different rack? Oh, I forgot that crossfit is not a sport but Reebok's trade mark.

2021 is gonna be crazy 🔥🔥
14-15 were definitely the best. Froning ending his individual career and then the next year a absolute beast of a battle between Ben Smith and Fraser. Oh the glory days lol

It's a Rogue C70 bar. It's a short bar and weighs 35#
Notice how Fraser was unable to stand at the end and Noah was walking around cheering. The difference between going all out.
I just think fraser just doesnt give a shit🤣
💪💪FRASER È UMA MAQUINA !!
They're using women's bars, yes? It looks like 45s and 5s. Does anyone know why?
Does anyone here know if these competitions are paid for or is all this sporting?
Rewatching after the @hillerfit video. Yikez
Very nice to all 💪💪 Heard work 💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏🙏

i need new champions in all games but clearly fraser will stay 4 ever

Great video. On my channel you can see more sports and bad moments from the gym
The lean beret phenomenologically gather because half-sister anteriorly long except a complete use. opposite, physical macaroni

Makes it easier for the audience to keep track of each athlete's progress
Those muscle ups are the worst I’ve ever seen
Go to the CrossFit games if you can do better
I'm single 😥😥😥😥😥
Putting that up on TH-cam comments, I can see why.

Sucks to suck.
