My rank: Adventure>Tamers>02>Frontiers>Xros>Savers (haven't watched Adv 2020, App and GG) I have difficulty in ranking the movies, I liked Locomon the best for the classic animation movies, Golden DigiMentals as 2nd place. I quite liked X-Evo when I watched it again last year, I enjoyed Tri (didn't fall in love, but it didn't cause me pain or rage inducing like happened with others). I hated Last Evolution.
A part of me loves ghost game. I would also oddly enough put it in A tier. And another fundamentally hates it. I was pissed after the finale. Which has never happened before for a digimon show. I think you are excusing some bad writing lol. But then new character design and cocepts are amazing. I really love the concepts and the potential it had. It would be number 1 if it fulfilled my expectations. I am more chill on the endings now tho. I forget which stage of grief is acceptance hahah. I’ll still watch it even tho I hate subs. But I am extremely hyped for the dub!!!!! Hoping it fixes some story issues. Also, I would like it more if Hiro got goggles when they went to the digital world, I was fine with no goggles cause I was hoping he’d get them eventually. But no. Fundamentally digimon protags should have goggles at some point. It should be a thing. Like a Leomon death. Lol
I usually have rose-tinted glasses when I look back at Digimon shows. I always remember the best moments in my head which are usually better than the reality. But somehow, whenever I bring up *Digimon Savers* all that I can remember is all the derpy faces of the characters and all the animation inconsistencies that plagued the show. I remember the girls in Savers being gorgeous but also badly animated which kinda ruined the point of their charm. Am I crazy for remembering Savers in such a bad way? 😕 Also, my top 3 Digimon shows (after rewatching the original JP version): 1) Tamers 2) Appmon 3) Ghost Game
Saw you put appmon in A, finally another person who likes appmon, anyways Ghost Game is just boring for me and the ending is just the worst, probably the worst ending in Digimon, it gave me huge whiplash and confusion, is not worst nor is it the good is just below average for me.
Probably shouldn't be watching this when I haven't finished everything yet but oh well. I just got to Frontier and it being in your top 5 is extremely surprising to me, bc I'm on episode 17 or 18 as of writing this comment and I'm finding it extremely underwhelming and kinda boring. Maybe that's because I went into it right after peak fiction (Tamers) but I'm not even enjoying it as much as I did all the Adventure anime. Edit: the Adventure anime (other than Tri)* (I am watching everything in Japanese btw)

Frontier’s placement for me is mostly due to the back half the show. It definitely doesn’t work for everyone but I really like it
