This was an insane day of fishing at a new river for me. I went into the day knowing there was trout and possibly some bigger ones. I ended finding the trout as well as tiger musky which was the last fish I thought would be in a river with wild trout populations. This was a blast to say the least. Thanks for the support once again!

If someone got something negative to say about this video they must honestly hate their life. This video is epic my friend. Absolutely epic , keep posting !
Thanks man! I appreciate it a lot. It was an epic day of fishing. I’ve got a new video coming out tomorrow👍🏼Tight lines🎣🎣
Sweet catch. I’m from Utah too
Thanks man! Sweet, that looks like a nice channel cat on your profile pic. Good stuff. Tight lines🎣
I got to ask, what river is that? I’m from Utah aswell btw. Love the videos!
I’d rather not share this one. Thanks for watching I do appreciate it. Tight lines🎣
That's a fun place. It doesn't get fished as much because it used to be posted. Lots of people haven't gone back since then which I can't complain about haha
It is! I had a blast seeing what was in there as I was fishing. It’s good to know some people from Utah are seeing my content now😀Tight lines out there!
I caught my first tiger Muskie the other day 👍👍 it was 44inches and over 20 pounds
Nice man! That’s a big ol Tiger for a first. Congrats🎣
Hint google muskie in utah. They are not native. They are stocked by fish and game as sterile fish. There are only couple spots that have them. The road shots look like road from Ogden to Evanston, If it’s true footage. Fish and game posts where they stock fish! Look at internet. Scouts would look it up then drive to exact mile markers!
This river was never stocked with Musky👍🏼
Utah fish and game have gone crazy (not a bad thing) stocking Tigar Muskie. They are in several lakes, and some rivers as escaped fish.
They use them as a means of controlling other species.
Yep. They’ve stocked em all over the place it seems. I believe these musky are escaped fish like you mentioned…
What a great day Fishing Congratulations
Thanks! It was surely one of my best days last year. Tight lines🎣
I just discovered your channel and man!, you sure know the spots!😏
Thanks for checking it out! I’ve stumbled on a few good ones haha🎣
HE DONT MISS 🐐🐐🐐
😎🙏🏼
Cool video!
Thanks Seth! Tight lines🎣
So where are you at? Don’t need specific details just the of the river.
I’d rather not share the river. This was in Utah though. Tight Lines🎣
Awesome catch man!!!
Thanks! I won’t forget it.😁
nice video u should make a video of you fly fishing for these trout
I have one recorded. I think the audio got messed up though. If not it will be posted in the next few weeks.🎣👍🏼
idk why y’all act like this is a secret spot. Most overfished location i’ve ever been too. When I caught my muskie it was absolutely riddled in foul hook scars. Down the river a ways is a lil better but this spot is gonzo.
nice musky!
Thanks man!
Nice!
🎣
I think I know where this is, but I am not sure. But if it is, you have to walk a while to get to this. Beautiful area and awesome video.
I just fished it again the other day and walked 3 miles in! It is real beautiful always a bunch of wildlife. Thanks for the support. Tight Lines🎣
@@OfficialCreekGeekIf it's where I think this is, south of Salt Lake (that's all I am gonna say), I was there this past Saturday and got destroyed; one big trout slightly smaller than the muskie you caught in the video came outta nowhere and broke my line in less than 5 seconds.
If ya think ya know it. Ya probably do cause there’s not really any other rivers like it. And there are some pretty big trout throughout! Hopefully you can get him next time. Tight lines🎣
Nice muskie, dude. Great colors. Im in Ogden. See ya out there!
Thanks man. It was a good first! Thanks for the support. Tight lines🎣
Congrats on the Tiger. My buddy and I spend a whole afternoon last spring trying to catch them on our fly rods. Never even got a swipe. I have not been back this year to see if they are still there.
Thanks! It was a first I won’t forget. I also went back with a fly rod and got nothing. I was there in the winter and did see a dead tiger. I’m also curious to see if they are still there…
This is northern Utah isn’t it? Looks familiar
Yeah it’s not down South
Was this fishing done in the sevier river?
No. Though that river can be fun to fish!
Congrats on the awesome day of fishing!! Thank you for not sharing the location.
Thanks! It was a great day. No problem🎣
Is this not private anymore?
Sounds like it was in the past. It has Walk in Access now with a permit at a certain point.
@@OfficialCreekGeek how do I figure out the permit? Is there a sign or article I can read to figure it out. I understood it was a no for 500ft down from the damn for several miles. How/where do I find the new rules, I'd love to go back
@Swapp_Shop You just add the walk in access permit onto your fishing license. It’s free. And can be done on the Utah DWR app. I’ve fished 8 miles of the river never had any issues anywhere. While seeing others fishing as well.
You might not be able to do it on the app. I don’t remember for sure. But if you can’t there just google walk in fishing authorization in Utah
After years of passionately putting in the work, time & effort, mostly getting mixed results along the way. Some bad, some good but nothing out of the ordinary..
Suddenly; when you least expect it - There's a brief moment in time that feels specific to you & you alone. A moment in time perfectly Tailored just for you.
Everything that could go right, happens so beautifully right that we almost can't believe it as its happening.
Afterwards; we doubt anybody is gonna fully believe our extraordinary tale.
Fortunately, you captured one of the rare Universes specifically Tailored moments in time - on video!! Fuck Yeahh!
I hope you fully Soak it in. Cause it was Truly Special.
Now then, which river did you say this was again? lol.
Idk it looks familiar but I'm not sure. After seeing the Musky I thought maybe below Joe's but nah.
Joes Dams water output is at least x2-3 times as much and has a more desert Teal color.
Perhaps between that upper shallow lake & Fish Lake. ehh?
Knowing my luck its within Northern-most section of the state. Not going to Pineview.
The past few years I've tried my hand elsewhere, I'm easily well over 25,000 Casts..
Probably 30 Follows, 1-2Hits. Still, nothing to show for it. It Hurts..
Thanks for the comment! This is definitely one of the best comments I’ve ever gotten. And you explained it perfect. The stars surely did align this day and it was a blessing! I’ve gone back 3 or 4 times since and have not had quite as good of a day or really even close…it truly was special. Now for the location. I’m not giving it out as you can probably see from other comments. But you’ve got the right mindset of thinking about musky waters! Tight lines🎣 and I hope you can get your first musky landed here soon!
@@OfficialCreekGeek Its good you recognize that day as Special. You obviously earned it.
At one point a couple years ago I would say I was welll overdue my Special moment but when I finally fully deserved it, things came up in life & I backed off.
Fishing became far less a Priority and then just fell off completely last year.
Because of that I think it would be Disrespectful to claim I'm still overdue my moment/Musky. Need to get back out there and work my way back up.
In All other aspects of Life I try to be as Rational & Logical as possible. Not a whole lotta room for much else in our Modern World.
However when it comes to Fishing its fun throwing some of that out. More open to unexplainable possibilities. Allow myself to humor some Wild Superstitions.
Suppose I could say I think of Fishing as almost Spiritual. It's one of the few activities where it makes as much sense as anything else. And its Enjoyable.
@halfblaked3030 Fishing is a whole world of it’s own. Especially when ya really get into it with the different types of fishing, locations, species, etc. It helps to fish the same spot a lot if able. Then you just figure things out and sometimes just get lucky with being at the right place at the right time. It’s the endless possibilities that keep me out there for sure. And days like this one. I hope you can find some free time and get back on the fishing grind. And then hopefully get that bucket list musky and if not some good memories and mind clearing. Tight lines again🎣
Sick video man! Im from Utah too! Im sure you don't wanna tell me what river that is ;)
Thanks! Sadly not sharing this one. Welcome to the channel though! Tight lines🎣
@@jghost9 he's got the old school mentality
And you have a spoonfed mentality. Like he said, get out and find places on your own not everybody’s going to provide you GPS coordinates and the name of everywhere they go.
@rthomas2157 Finding spots is one of my favorite parts of the fishing experience!
Where's this at?
Northern Utah
@OfficialCreekGeek really lol? Can't get anymore specific?
Sorry man…get out there and explore. There’s only so many rivers this size in Northern Utah👍🏼Good luck and tight lines🎣
@OfficialCreekGeek that's fine, but I am curious, how am I supposed to grasp the size of the river from the video
You could compare it to the Provo and Weber river if that helps. I use google maps to find most places I fish. And then just going out and checking them out👍🏼
Where was this I want to catch a musky
I’d rather not share the specific location. It was a river here in Utah.
I live in Orem, UT. If you tell me where this river is ill subscribe lol
Thanks for watching! Sadly I’m not gonna share it. But I would appreciate if you subscribed👍🏼 That is if you enjoy the videos. Tight lines🎣
I also love in utah and close to grand junction and would love to find this lol 😂 but I'll sub and let you know when I find it lol
@chemicloud6443 Welcome to channel! Good luck on your quest haha. Tight lines🎣
your missing a fantastic fall trout run on the ny tribs 😎
So I’ve heard:( I should have waited two months for the move. My dads been sure to send plenty of photos and your videos haven’t helped either😂 Keep killing it out there🎣
no me ignore, o lo quieres en ingles ?
Ohhhhhh eres Elder Pharari😂
Are you going to be the guy who blows this place up?
It gets fished pretty hard. No location was shared. If they know they know🤷♂️ I’ll catch fish regardless. Tight lines🎣
unless you know this area you cant tell where hes at. I love this river!!! may see you there some day.
@JONBOYLEMON Thanks! It’s definitely one of my favorites as well. Tight lines🎣🎣
Those that fish alot, just have to simply think of the species caught, and if you know Utah, it's easy
@ronmatuska133 You’re not wrong. I try not to put certain locations out. But it really isn’t too hard haha. Tight Lines🎣🎣🎣
