You’ll get them when you level up a characters bond. If you missing some for a unit you really want to promote and Yk your gonna use them more. Then any SSRs you don’t plan on using at all or SSRs that are trash , level up their bond and get the fragments from them that you get when you level them up then use it on the unit you want it
