How long do olives last in the fridge in an open jar? The packaging says to consume within like 2-3 days, but how are you gonna do that with a litre or two of olives?
If they are just regular olives, I have kept them for months in the fridge. It might be different if they are stuffed with something that is more perishable.
@@Mediterraneanliving Thanks for the reply. I was advised by my doctor to follow this diet or a low-carb med diet, but it honestly seems that the default med diet is better. Thinking less about hitting macros would be nice. I do have another question. I know there's an emphasis on chicken and fish, but being a Muslim, many recipes I know rely on lamb as the protein source. Am I right in thinking this should be more of a treat, as it's a red meat? Thanks.

If a person is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in the lymph nodes is this a good diet to follow?
