Thanks for sharing all this great info! I will try to do these techniques with cheaper stuff until I can afford it. I just wanted to add to your comment on the audio: when you use a mic, make sure it's on a stand and try to have it in the same position always because your sound can change a lot by the position of the mic. This is something we, musicians do in the studio, sometimes you just need to change the position of the mic to get a great sound. I have a little digital recorder that I use for ext. audio and I have notice it changes so much when I put it on a table without a stand or underneath a cabinet etc.

LOL... But in all honesty, Matti and Peter McKinnon don't bring the quality of value that Parker brings. While Parker may only do one video a month or so, the amount of information that he drops with each one of his videos merits multiple viewings. I don't care about a hipster's daily life, I want tips on filmmaking and Parker does that. The only other person I can think of that does it as well is Philip Bloom.

I totally get what you're saying but if you were to look at Mattis' channel before he rebranded, he did these kind of videos too, if not more. I think part of the rebrand was to explore other avenues which in turn brings other aspects of their life into focus. Also considering Matti is doing daily vlogging alongside making tutorials, the content isn't the same as to what most people consider "a 100% filmmaking channel". All that said, people are bound to have their preferences.
I think it all depends on the creators style, I wouldn't encourage any filmmaker or photographer to make the exact same content as the others, we need to see different approaches. Also, I don't think you were rude at all, that's your opinion.

Love knowing you mess up with scripts! I use the same teleprompter along with my setup to record online classes. I always have 3-5 takes and a good bit of editing....You'd think reading would be easier!!!

Thanks for putting so much effort in making your videos. And for the people who don't have this budget, still an awesome video. You can take away a lot of information about lighting setups and create similar ones with tools that suit your budget at the moment.

Hello Thank you for this vedio. I have one question. how you shoot with shutter 250. is it not problem to shoot with it because you should put the camera on 50 shutter speed. actually i have tested and it works perfectly and give me good dramatic look with a good shadow on my face. so you recommend to put the shutter speed on 250. is it
