- I assembled stones to make a mountain-style Aquaterrarium.

As I don't want the stones to topple over when changing plants or during maintenance, I glued them together tightly with epoxy putty.
I plan to post pictures of the assembly in progress on Instagram.

love the skill and care that is put into each of these. Would be neat to see different themes such as tropical, temperate ocean, swamp (with orchids!), branching out into more complex flora and maybe as many have suggested some little fish? Claudettitive F the aquariums are wayy too small for fish & any waterfalls will stress & kill the fish.
Callisto Volusia No not all Fishes will be stressed. As example: The Tanichthys albonubes is from south China and lives in small Mountain Rivers. And they are very small and can live in Aqauriums with only 40 L Volum. There are living also fishes in Rivers!
@@callistovolusia239 a lot for Southeast asian fish that survive in rice patties don't need much water.
@Enoch those fish are called Betta fish and rice paddies are pretty big. They’re often mistaken for puddles but they can stretch metres and metres until they come to an end. Yes, you can put fish in these, Callisto the waterfalls are just like a HOB filter with less flow so I doubt it cause the fish any stress. I’d say only very nano fish would be able to thrive in these, or maybe some cherry shrimp or Thai micro crabs

The fascination of being able to built landscapes of my own and imagining if I was small enough to be on it. Sounds stupid yet it's peaceful to think about.
These are really good. You should get a miniature Castle model or other building and make a scenario around it :)

for the epoxy putty i feel like some clay tools would be a great use, for pushing into deep craves or shaping to look like part of the rock.

These videos are amazing and I always like watching them, but I always really notice the noise of the pump(s) since they're suck to the bottom of the enclosure. Have you ever considered finding another way to mount them so that the sound of the pump gets dissipated so all we hear is the beautiful sound of the water? Just a thought since your works are all very beautiful and I think that sound takes away from the immersion a little.

Question: how long does one of these lasts? I mean before something goes wrong, like the plants and moss dying, the grate that protects the pump gets clogged with dirt and the water feture doesn't work anymore, or something like that.
with proper maintenance paludariums like this can last years. I can imagine a fatal error, like with the pump or whatever, can vary especially depending on the quality of pump that was bought.
i have a question about the purpose of the cotton and the red rocks he uses in his videos are they for the moss and plants or for something else? its clear that they have a practical impact to the whole build itself. The formatting of the video and your sheer creativity are outstanding to watch! much love.
I think the red lava rocks are for natural filtration. Because they are porous they would be good at filtering the water or maybe being home for beneficial bacteria that would filter the water? The wool mat that he uses is probably to keep the soil or substrate from getting into the filtration and clogging the pump, but I wonder if it may help water the plants from the bottom as well. Just getting into aquariums/terrariums myself, so these are just guesses!

Where everything is perfect and people are happy because they feel good about themselves. This guy has an incredible life ahead of him. Without any drugs of course.
