Maple candy masterclass with expert sugarmaker

Dwayne Hill of Shaver-Hill Maple Farm in Harpersfield, N.Y. does a quick demonstration on making maple candy (uncoated) with a Sipple-style candy maker from Leader Evaporator. Heating syrup to 242 degrees and then letting it cool to 235 before filling the molds.
