A man wanting sex isn’t just a “dog with a bone,” like so many people have been gaslit into believing. Sex is a way to show love and validation. Why is that so hard to understand!?
There’s a book by Ogai Mori called Vita Sexualis, it’s a Novel, and it’s a semi fictionalized autobiographical representation of Mori himself, and it follows along his own journey of sexual awareness (or in his case, the lack of it). That said, in his book you learn it’s kind of a thing forced upon men, and young boys like Mori was, and expected by society to like it, and even desire sex as that’s something “all men want” apparently, no matter where or who it comes from. Of course, this was old Japan but it’s always been kind of like this in all of society, even now. Society just kind of… expects men’s desires to have sex at least in their top 5 desires in life, and think they’ll take it from anywhere they can. It’s gross, and obviously wrong, but considering how that way of thinking has been in society for so long, and in many countries at that, hopefully that even _somewhat_ helps explain why it’s hard for some people to understand😅
Totally agree, sadly both men and women are raised to have different views on sex, men are typically raised to want/need it while women are raised to only want to have it when their man wants it and if the genders don't follow these rules then there's something wrong with them 😢
People forget that relationships are a combo. The right mix is necessary. As for sex,yep it's in that mix. We see stories here about couples and marriages breaking due to a dead bedroom.
Of course it won't last long the man she is with is the classic player. He will dump her when he finds another woman more appealing to him than her. And she will come crawling back to op again
Ellie is just the now gal. Wait for the next round of interns. She'll automatically run to OP then. Hopefully OP holds true to his word. Tells her to move on.
Lack of sex only matters when the women are the ones that want it and the man isn't providing it. When a man complains about lack of sex, he's hounded about how he doesn't control her body, but reverse it and people are very happy to tell the woman to leave
Ahh the classic case of op being the safety net. Ahe was never attracted to him in the first place. That's why she chose to have sex with another man after the break up. But that relationship didn't work so now she is back to her sure thing. Sadly he still a spineless doormat. And the moment she comes back he will receive her with open arms
S2: only thing OP did wrong was cut her hair. Never get a haircut when feeling a lot of emotions or no emotions. Because you can't truly tell how you feel about the cut you chose until everything settles.
In the 1st story, Ex-GF dragging OP into unnecessary drama where OP didn't even have a part of, why the hell did she go to OP and say that Tim coerced her into having sex when it was fully consensual and that she's the one who initiated it no less? Why the hell the Ex-GF goes to OP at all? I'm glad OP decided to block her in the end, the Ex-GF is willing to portray Tim in a way that makes him looks like he's creep in hopes that OP wants to reconcile. She's a special case, one that should be avoided as much as possible
Final comment: the moment she decided she would have sex with her next partner ,she should have immediately called her ex,because I’m certain no one at that point put in more time, showed more care/tolerance,and it’s the only reason you broke up.

Because then women can’t weaponize it

That’s the type of crap AH highschool boys tell their girlfriends to pressure them into sex.

This story. All I got to say is that the ex’s current relationship probably won’t last that long.

@@ianmoritzplatapino3684doesn’t help she ran directly to OP after their first argument.

She was for the streets
s1. My dad did the same thing to my sister. Promise her purity till marriage. It's disgusting. One of the worst things a man can do to their child.
Story 1 - 'Any guy would be lucky to have her'? Dear, her male co-worker chose not to have her anyways.
I wouldn't trust her, Nta
She told you no for three years, and had sex with a stranger with in months.
