This is so useful and interesting to watch. I suffer from eczema on the face, hands, neck, upper back and scalp. I will seriously try and implement this advice. So exhausted with my condition now and lack of sleep it can bring. Thank you

Loved the honesty and thought given to this and the time given to the patient 🎉

Absolutely brilliant video! Thought this was gonna be another generic surface-level video, but props to both of you, you actually went into much more detail then I expected. Agree with Alisha on the gut biome comments - where can we find the research paper you mentioned?

Very interesting and informative video. I watched a ton of videos about healing eczema but never saw anything about low acid level. Thank you!

I know she said to avoid seed oil, but what about flaxseed oil for the omega 3?

I've been taking 20,000 iu of Vitamin D3 & 200 mcg of K2. There are many great videos on YT, Dr Berg, Barbara O'Neill, Dr John Campbell, Dr Mark Hyman, Functional medicine doctor who likes to get to the route of the cause and many others... Thank you for your work here, very interesting sharing.

Fantastic video! I cleared my psoriasis and eczema by massively increasing my vitamin d3 and k2 and cutting out dairy (and foods containing added calcium). I have the odd blip (as love chocolate) and this correlates to breakouts, but if I stick to the vitamin and dairy protocol as much as possible my skin is clear! also, good point about not taking taking D on a night time, thank you:)

How many IUs of vitamin d do you take daily? Was it the same at the beginning and for maintenance, or more at the beginning?

Change diet take probiotic. Skinesa is not a bad one. Or a refrigerated probiotic.
