Same here. I still have the XS Max, but just picked up the Note9. Amazing beautiful phone but after being on iOS since 2007...this is all new to me. I've spent a lot of time watching so many videos, from Charlie and others and they are so helpful. Also, gotta love the tips and tricks that this phone can do!

Thank you so much for the love and support and that is exactly what I am going for, my point is that everyone including those who aren't experts or someone who is new to Samsung or Android phones should be able to easily understand new features and what setting is where for example, when I tell my mother about a new feature on her phone, I always explain how to open menus and how far to scroll down just like I do here like when I say 'tap on this gear icon' so its easier for everyone to understand and not just for tech enthusiasts, that is why I never skip any menu screen even if its repetitive for every feature I show unless it has any personal information like IMEI number or anyone's phone number
Also, I have a strong dislike for trolls, constructive criticism is more than welcome but trolling = no. :D
I've been a android, note user for many years, I recently purchased the note 9 and I must say that this is the most thorough video I've ever viewed..in addition you've added the time stamps...Wow! Thoroughly impressed.

enable multi-window isn't working on my note 9. I also sometimes get a notification that from sprint omadm that i should activate my device to the network meanwhile the sprint network is not used in my region. a friend told me to go change it for a note 9 global version else since its a sprint phone, it might along the line mess up. please help me.
I can not find the pop-up view action. I just got My note 9 and I'm not sure if I installed something that's taken that option away or if it's just been updates to the settings and I cannot find

the nav bar has changed now in OoneUI and its far better, you swipe up now and have little lines at the bottom. great stuff

Not available on exynos processor galaxy for some reason.. only snapdragon galaxy note have that feature.
Mine is exynos.

so once the folder is hidden by 'hide apps', how do you then access it? do you have to turn off hide apps?
Just remove it from hidden apps list and then you will see it in the phone's app launcher.

Hi, Lucy, it's now called 'Popup view' You might want to check out my later videos, there have been several updates to Note 9 since I made this particular video.
Even if you put gallery in secure folder you can access it through the camera app
I have been an Android fan, but this is my first time having a Samsung Note phone, but how come for a very expensive phone, this one doesn' t have a video calling? I check the settings and everything.... Or did I missed it? Helpppppp.....
Hey, j mateo, is your phone carrier locked? because my unlocked Note 9 has an option of video calling inside the dialer and phonebook, the phone gives you 4 options when you tap on a contact
