Hey bud, really helpful video, thank you! Quick question, how do you turn the shutter sound off on the camera on the Note 9? There is no 'Shutter sound' option in the settings. Cheers for your help

Hello, I went to change some of my settings but most of these seeing are not listed. Is there a way to get these?
Love my phone and the camera is great. I been using it a lot to send pictures to my son medical team, the quality is outstanding
had my sg n9 6 months . been Ill so only just been able to use it . How ever much I look were is the ability to use both front and rear cameras like on my s8+ . Has that bit gone or am I missing something. loved the video.. thanks. like the back pic and front as a stamp.,?

Fantastic tips video. I love the Pro mode on this camera. Same with Note8. The 9 is definitely a bit better. It's such a pity reviewers generally don't have any knowledge about using these cameras so stick to auto mode, missing out on the good stuff. That gimbal looks great. Will definitely check it out. Congrats on an excellent video. 👍👍
Just sad that with the pro mode you cant use the second lens..
@@Mike-op5us There's not much point to pro mode with the f2.4 lens. Pro is most effective for low light conditions, and for that only the f1.5 is useful. Even on my Nikon, the zoom lens is only really useful for daylight shots. If you want to manipulate the photo, just shoot in raw and do anything you want. Simple.
@@brianmsahin yeah thats my point :D you can shoot RAW only in pro mode..i bought that phone 3 days ago and I am playing around all the time with it
@@Mike-op5us Yes, it's very flexible, and with a tripod you can get some stunning night shots with it. For a mobile phone camera it's one of the best. 👍 I just got a fantastic time lapse of boats on the Bosphorous a few days ago and it was just as good as any pro camera I've owned. Definitely worth playing around with. Hoping to do a transition day to night this weekend.

I love the pro mode on the Note 9. Especially if you have a tripod, the long exposure photos are gorgeous 👌🏾

These tips are fantastic!! But, some of these options are greyed out in the camera settings and I cant select..like the tracking af for example. Any ideas ?
Try switching the camera mode (i.e. slow mo to auto). If a setting is grayed out, it means it's not available for that mode.

i have the moment lens attached to my note 9. Does anyone know when does the phone decide to switch between the main lens and the side lens? (b/c i have to move the lens and i just can figure out when that happens) and if i have to keep moving it id rather a another camera (g7x ii)

How do you get to the vibrant color option on the Note 9 camera? I saw it earlier but now I can't find it in the settings. I forgot were to look.
I just purchased this phone. I'm a new youtuber and wondering how I can film on my tripod on the front facing camera with out words on products coming out backwards which doesn't look professional obviously. And if I use the rear facing camera, I cannot see myself to see if I'm in frame etc...what's the solution please?? Help! 🤔😘

How do u tweak the contrast and vibrance etc on video recordings?
the video I watched looks 16:9 but your photos and video on the Note 9 looked like you were shooting in 4:3 is that correct, I'm not sure why people would still use 4:3 as tv's and phones are all 16:9 or greater.
Question, what happened to surround photo option?
It'll be big help to use the note 9.
you can also hold down any camera mode as a shortcut to edit camera modes and add slow motion and/or change the order of the camera modes
I have a question on my rear facing camera I don't have the adjust to make the pictures lighter or darker only on my front facing camera how do I get that on my rear facing camera??

Wow, some great tips there, thanks. I want to use my Note 9 for some promo videos but someone said the effect on the video is a bit fish eye (when we filmed a segment of hands on a qwerty keyboard from the side so the hand closest looked exaggerated in size over just perspective). Any tips on that?
Also, how did you get such great sound with no lavaliere mic on? Was it a shotgun mic? Can you say what model and did you use a fluffy wind protector?

Thank you! I have so much to learn and have to publish a TH-cam video by Halloween. I already recorded several segments of video, not realizing I could change the video setting to Pro, now I'm trying to upload them to my computer to I can put the individual segments together, do a voice over, add text, music... I could use a five hour course on this. I'm surprised there aren't courses offered for Gaxaxy phones like they do with the Iphones.

I'm never on Twitter, lol. I paint furniture for a living and I'm trying to get set up so I can do year round tutorials for painting furniture techniques. I'm in Michigan and the weather is getting too cold to work with the overheads open so I purchased some lighting and I'm going to make a make-shift studio in one stall of the garage so I have a go-to place to shoot. Getting the space set up tonight and tomorrow and hopefully, I'll have sufficient lighting. I definitely prefer to use natural lighting but when it gets too cold to paint, I have no other option ~ unles I move south :D I may just contact you once I get to that point. My next Live on Facebook happens Sunday.
