Thx for the build idea - I'm right now trying it on unfair and having fun with it :) - just some info from exp : bolter early not worked for me - did not had enough recoil reduction/bs on act1 to support the weapon, but I found some descent upgraded lasgun what worked like a charm with weapon personalization (laz remove enemy dodge so low perception not kick that hard + lower recoil) -. Also you can find a Dark Eldar heavy weapon on Ryke Majoris after you visit the governor on minoris and that one is 3-6 dmg 8 fire rate 35 recoil - as good as Auroras heavy bolter :). It needs drukari weapon prof instead of bolter prof and do not require heretic follower lvl yet lore xeno prof is a prerequisite of drukari weapon prof -so pick your poison.
Mic sounds are still a little weird, and every fix I've tried doesn't seem to work. Only seems to happen with RT, which isn't awful, but considering that's all I want to play right now, kinda sucks. Still, enjoy this build! It's very fun, thematic, and useful, even if it's not optimized. If people like the builds, I'll do it properly in future with a script and some gameplay and stuff.
Been playing this build and it genuinely feels broken, i just wipe anything i point my heavy bolter at! This perfectly fit what I wanted for my first run! Thank you for the build and I'd love to see what other non-officer party faces you might make!
Wow really? This guide is 6 months old and it was hella nerfed. I can't believe it still slaps. I have not played RT in quite some time (wanted to give it time to cook--not done) but the new DLC is coming... I never did finish Act II. Hmm...
@@MrPounceTV admittedly I'm only playing on daring, but I'm wiping the floor so heavily that I'm gonna up the difficulty today! (If I can, I've never looked to see if I can)
Not yet, if only because I've not gotten far enough into the game to get enough PF for it. But if you're looking for TS stacks, that'd be the king. I suspect, like all SP weapons, the damage is gonna fall off at some point, but the RoF will probably keep it relevant for awhile.
For Unfair if you want, id recommend an Officer build, having two officers in your party is great and having your face character be a super talker works wonders

I am running a bolter blaster plus dual bolt pistols, but on forge world, commander, soldier, arch militant.

why not use the commissar if you dont like the noble talents?
