I used to do Judo too but had to stop due to health reasons. In the last two years I have got into Qi Gong, which I find really excellent for health. It is something you can do even if you are not able to do any other martial arts due to injury. I have found the book "Pain Free Joints" by Dr Yang Jwing Ming very useful. Doing Qi Gong exercises from this book daily for 7 weeks cured the arthritis in my hand which I had been dagnosed with, my hand is completely pain free now. Another book I found useful is "The Way of Qigong" by Kenneth S. Cohen. His website is qigonghealing.com in case you are interested, I think he is the real deal, he has been studying Taoist Healing and Martial Arts since the 1960s, I took part in an online seminar with him a few months ago and personally I think he has deep knowledge of Qi Gong.
Good luck to you on your path!

@@CopperBeech777 In my experience, having done Judo as a kid and Qi Gong (and Tai Chi) later (doing nothing right now; but I should),Qi Gong and Tai Chi are at least as useful to martial arts as Stretching is good for bodybuilding and strength.
Stretching doesn't makeyou bigger nor stronger but helps in reducing the risk of injury as well as recovering from injury. So, in the long run, it ends up being very beneficial for mass/strength gains.
Qi Gong and Tai Chi are not martial arts (to my limmited understanding of it) but do help in reducing the risk of injury, recovering from injury and, in a way, they can also help in experiencing an otherwise theoretic-only understanding of biomechanics. So, in the long run, it helps with martial arts too.

Wow, both guys can Chugeri on both sides - respect for their first time on a Tatami. I held 3 rankings in Junior Judo, 2 ranks at #1, was also Nationally ranked and I could only breakfall on my right side. Even I was probably a bit old to do a martial art, but there is on record a guy in his 60's who got his 1st Dan. so it so depends on 'body toughness' - it's the impacts that eventually stop you dong it.
Judo is brutal, one of the most dangerous arts.

Judo is jiujitsu. Its supposed to be the most effective JJ techniques and nothing extra. The first Judo school beat other JJ schools in a tournament to decide who will train police. Both have continued evolving separately for hundred years. Judo now is also a game with specific ruleset.
