Jumping from Crow to Plank | Yoga Tutorial

- Jumping back from crow to plank or chaturanga is a fun transition, but can be difficult to do with control if you don’t have the right set up.
In this video I give some tips to find more float, build control and make this transition more efficient for the body.

@@Yogabienetreetpaillettes Nice work giving it a go! It takes practice to develop the skill and strength. I would keep practicing the tip I include towards the end of keeping the toes down. Build the jump back strength/control and then try it from crow with the toes lifted
