    Only 3 weeks in with this cheek plumper (& doing the full face video), I'm already seeing my cheeks look a bit rounder & rosier too. Had to watch the "how to" videos for a good week before getting them right & now there's no going back to skinny face. :)

    You look so rejuvenated! I have been a follower for about a month, am going to be 63 in a couple weeks, and people have told me I don't look it.! I will be a follower forever.

    Hi Peta - just wanted to say I love your videos - it's like watching a friend - you are lovely !! I have been getting quite down about my face and neck over the last few months - I have lost a little weight - but I will be 57 this June and everything seems to have sagged at once ( by body tends to look like I'm wearing a onesie two sizes too big - but that's a whole other story 😖) Anyway - you have restored my faith - I have only been doing your exercises for about a week - but have done them religiously every night and do feel that the pouches at the side of my mouth are starting to tighten - I really love this cheek plumper exercise in particular !! Sorry to waffle on - but really needed to say thank you android let you know that I am an

Pretty soon if you are already seeing results in that area, other areas will start changing, and people will be noticing, and letting you know how wonderful you look, and hey presto, you won't be feeling down anymore, instead you will be walking with a young spring in your step!     This is really a strong exercise, after 20 reps I can already feel the burn. I had that round "babyface" for a long time and when I was younger I didn't like it that much, but now that it's gone I want it back. I will add this exercise to my routine. Thanks Peta!!

    you look wonderful.. and I've see your before and after photos and there's definitely a difference. I've been doing your facerobics for about three weeks and my skin tone is more even! I see a lift ; and I tend to frown and I'm noticing less of the frown line between my eyebrows since I'm letting tension out. Thank you for this gift. I can really feel the workout too.

      Into the second week of the series...It is fantastic to move from 50 reps into 100. Something has happened just by doing this , it's refreshed and the way to do the exercises without overdoing it.

      I have been doing the exercises for over a year but started all over again, after watching videos and doing my own routine. I thought I should start again using all the tips and instructions from you and I do believe it has made a huge difference.First 50 reps two weeks then 100 for two weeks then 150. Then start another routine. The EAWM series are fabulous. I am sure that I will do my own routines again, but for now I am sticking to these.

    I am soooo happy and grateful I found your channel. You have a new subscriber.
    I noticed in the past year or so my cheeks have lost volume 😱 I am thin and I feel self conscious about it. Do you recommend doing these exercises for 6 weeks and then changing to a different routine? By the way your channel is awesome 👏

    That is so cool that you started the skin care collection. I always used MK b/c it was fragrance free. Sadly, after 20 years, they added fragrance. Since then I have been just using coconut oil. I am glad I found you.

    Hi PETA, I am so glad I found your videos. They are so complete and look very effective. I was looking for a program to buy when I saw yours. Thank you for offering your exercises at no charge. I would like to make a suggestion if you don't already have one, maybe you could have one video that goes through all the exercises so that someone that does them during the day or before bed can follow along with you to do our daily exercises. We can still look at your explanation videos for the foundational information but one video would be so very helpful if you would ever consider that. Thank you again for your great videos.     Hi Peta! I've recently turned 59 and want a firm face and neck by 60 so I'm thrilled to have just discovered your channel! Thank you SO much for putting these videos on here for no charge - very generous of you!! You mentioned in this video a red light laser device and microcurrent device. Do you have a video on that, or any information on these? By the way, the exercises are challenging since my facial muscles aren't used to being worked, but I can see a huge difference in your before & after pics so am looking forward to similar results in my own face (and hopefully my neck!!).

      Marina Babic Hi Marina, yes, our face does change shape when we lose weight, mine did too, thats why I created this exercise, because my cheeks looked really drawn. If you keep it up, you will find they will start to plump up again!

    Love each of your videos Peta..need to get my plump cheeks back..that's how I like myself. I have a pretty bad hollowness on my cheeks and the facial skin has dropped down badly coz. i've gone through many kinds of food allergies and mennorhagia from age 40-45 and had to cut down on all fats from the body all of a sudden which led to deep hollowness on my face. Please suggest more cheek pluming exercises as like you I'm also determined to look young once again. Thanks for all the lovely videos!

    This is looking like it's going to be a real winner. I don't use my fists like you do, but my palms because I have some tenderness with a couple of knuckles at the moment. In any case, it's working just fine. I also vary my mouth expression.
    This exercise is going to be so useful for older women like myself. I'm in my 60's and slim, and I now have a tendency to look gaunt if I lose any weight.

    thankyou so much for the great exercise .. i will do it definitely now ,, im 25 years old and weight is 51kg ,my body is good but my face is too much thin with hollow cheeks which show me weak and i hate them i want them to get plump up n have a round shape look ..hope this exercise help me out i'll be very thankful to you

    you definitely look like you've had a lift so this is quite encouraging. It makes sense that exercising the face muscles would work in the same way that exercising the body works. I've only just started trying this and i can see the logic of it.

      Hi Rosanna, I am really glad that you feel encouraged that you can do this too. And yes, you are right, the muscles on the face are the same as the muscles in the body and need toning also.       It really is! I have these cheek hollows that are kind of low. This exercise is certainly going to take care of that. It's so great, as I can "feel" it working! Love it!

I try to do at least 50 per exercise for now. I am believing in this as it makes so much sense to me. I have your videos saved in my favorites and bookmarks to help motivate me everyday.     Hello! I love your facial exercises and I just realized how important or even possible to train your facial muscles! However, I have a natural round face, and I would love to try and have hollow cheeks instead of chubby cheeks, I'm wondering if this exercise would fit my needs? Thank you :)

    Hi Peta,
    I absolutely love your face exercises; however, i cannot do the cheek plumper because of jaw clicking (tmj). Is there a different variation on this exercise for me? I don't want to use a different program.

      Hi there, what I would suggest is that you do this exercise very gently, not moving your jaw and just squeezing the muscles back and forth instead of the jaw movement. Do not engage your jaw at all.

    Hi Peta, this is a kind of a personal question I apologize. In this video you mentioned that you have lost some weight and indeed your face looks a lot thiner here than in some of your latest videos, where by the way, you look amazing, your face looks much more rounder, is it because of the face exercises you have been doing for so long or because you gained your weight back. I hope I don’t offend you by asking this. Thank you Peta! Love your videos.

      Hi Rose, my face looks rounder because I have gained weight back. What happens with the muscles on your face, because they are so small they only build minimally. They are not as large as our body muscles. When you exercise them, if you do it properly with a balanced program, you will tone the muscles. The shape of your face will depend on your natural skeletal features and how much weight you have. Its nothing to do with the exercises per se

    WOW!!! Doing this exercise really works & hurts & I did the 20 second burn too!
    I hope this will stop the little sagging I'm seeing just under the mouth corners but at my chin line.
    I wish I found you 15 years ago! I've been told I don't look my age, & with your videos, (& making time to do them regularly) I know I'll start to reverse the aging process. Thank you Peta for all your hard work, God bless you dear sweet Peta 🤗🥰🙆‍♀️!! Amen!

    i know this might sound crazy but for some time now every time i open and close my mouth it makes a cracking sound, now since i started doing this particular exercise it has helped the cracking sound. Also it makes opening and closing my mouth easier.

      +Shyanne Pana - Hi Shyanne, yes, it does sort out jaw clicking as the muscles are strengthening. I have had reports of people's tmj going away completely which is wonderful!

      Hi Ana, thank you very much :-). When you do face exercises, the muscles adapt to the natural shape of your face and make it look toned and natural. It wont change the size of any part of your face.

    Hi Peta,Funny, I haven't seen this exercise before. It is a hard one , but, I will learn it. For awhile now, I thought my lines and wrinkles were smoothing out, a little bit, but, lately, in some lighting, I have noticed that I am seeing more lines around my mouth, upper lip, and chin areas. Under my chin, I am still a bit slack, and can't seem to firm that up, no matter how hard I try. So,I think I may have reached my limits on how much I am able to improve these areas. I am doing everything you advise, and of course I use sunscreen, which is mostly zinc, now. I also moisturize day and night, and limit my exposure to the sun. I doeat healthy, and do not smoke, and drink occasionally. Do you notice in certain lighting, that any lines you may have on your face seem to pop out , like the boogie man !!! You say you have a few, but, they do not show up, at all, in your videos. I have another question for you, concerning the laser. I noticed some of the lasers on the market, with the red light, sell goggles to wear, to ensure that the red light stays away from the eyes. I absolutely do close my eyes, but even so, I can still see the red light, with my eyes closed. My question to you, is, do you sell goggles to keep the red light from coming through the eyes, even though the eyes are closed ? I am a "lil" concerned about that.

      Hi Carol, lovely to hear from you as always. This exercise is part of the EAWM Series 1, so if you have been following that series, you should have seen it. If you are seeing more lines around your mouth, you have to check in the mirror to see if you have developed any bad habits. I do now and then, and even I develop bad habits and have to adjust what I am doing. Also, are you following the routines I created in the EAWM Series? If you are you most definitely should not be getting more wrinkles. With regard to the Laser Lift, it is a cold beam laser, the lasers you are referring to are hot beam lasers. When I demonstrate the laser I show it moving over the eyelid. Carol, if it was dangerous I wouldnt demonstrate it that way lol! You dont need goggles for it. It wont hurt your eyes. I hope that helps xxxx

    Hello Peta! I used your eye exercise for undereye hollows. That's how I found you! It works so great! My eyes stopped being hooded immediately. I can now see my lid and do the pretty cut crease makeup like you. I have face exercised for 17 years. My face got used to it. I have to change. I am 49. I wore glasses a year, not paying attention to myself, couldn't see either. Put my contacts back on, huge line/gap under my eye. I also used Botox a couple of years at 40 and then had terrible hooding when it wore off. I wouldn't do it again. Thanks for the cure. I did recover pretty well from the botox with exercise but accepted some would exist. As you say, I am fine tuning. I have learned many exercises. I have a variation of the exercise you just taught which cures the under eye tunnel between my cheeks and eyes. My obicular oris is well built, but the gap was actually my cheeks! My friend had blepharoplasty and still has the hollow. My variation is I apply my fist to one side of the face, turn it sideways, push UP and wink 5 - 10 times then hold the wink for twenty. I also will exert pressure and straighten my skin for less wrinkling and more weight on the side of the nose. I also pull my nose down, always trying to make it less wide. Your nasolabial folds, your face look fantastic! I do after the exercise do some smoothing exercises placing pressure on the outside of my eyes, sides must be temporal as you say and shut my eyes tight to smooth and lift under my eyes. It's exciting to see my lids thicker every morning. The only reminder of the gap is my skin's memory but it's quickly getting used to it's old youthful eye again. Thank you so much.       You cannot change any of the Exercise Along With Me Series. Do not include or change it in any way otherwise you will get more wrinkles
