How to remove window tint glue from the rear window

This is a video on how to remove stubborn tint glue from your rear defroster without using a razor damaging your rear defroster lines. Simple and easy cost you about $45 at Walmart. I'm doing this in the middle of February and I'm doing it with ease.

Pack of plastic scrubbers
Spray bottle
Bottle of ammonia (preferably a fragrant one since ammonia is very strong on its own)

Simple Green full strength...used it for years...spray on let sit for a bit then use a scrubber...amonnia to strong for a customer car...

I removed all the tint on my accord since the shop wanted $100 bucks extra …. But I was stuck with the glue all all windows. Wasn’t sure what to do, you the best 👍 😃

I just had to remove the tint on my Kia forte. I used the 409/Trash Bag/Sun method and had no glue residue to deal with. I’d say my back window was the most difficult. It had to come off. It was bubbled up so badly you could barely see out.

I used a heat gun from harbor freight just heat the glue and razor it just don't let your fingers touch the hot glass
