- I bought the @insta360 Go 3 on a whim last summer not expecting much form it as I’ve had other action cameras like the go pro. it’s Pure Fun. So easy to use, so small, and just does what it says says it does. And it is exactly what I wanted in a camera like this, grab it, shoot, and in some cases it’s faster and easier to use than my iPhone. Insta360 Go 3

It's interesting to see how GoPro is behind everyone else in the action camera niche. Insta has a few interesting cameras and I'm looking forward to buying one or even a few for motovlogs.

I bought GoPro 11 last year just because it was heavily discounted and available in the shop when I needed one to record a motorcycle ride.

Good video. Remember to make the action pod detect the camera from more than 10m requires more power so longer range would just drain the battery wicked fast. Good advice on locking on the orientation.

No mention of audio.
I wish they would bring back the automatic recording shut off as an option. It would help me in certain b roll scenarios where I want some flavor of the BTS I am filming but not a specific shot. Separate random question, is that some sort of park that you are ice skating through or is that your neighborhood? This is probably the most Canadian thing I have ever seen.
I bought one recently. Thus far, battery life is spotty. Seems like I am constantly charging it. It would have been nice to have a recording duration feature. I don’t shoot for five or ten minutes at a time. Just short 15 to 30 second clips. Go Pro has that feature. I find it cumbersome using just the small thumb sized camera only. It’s awkward.
