What happens if a family member tries to contest the sale after you have already been issued? The title? Also, how can you find out how much time is left on a land lease if there is a pre-existing one? Thank you
Very informative video: time well spent. My biggest takeaway is to always build your team around professionals (conveyancing lawyers , surveyors, etc...) when investing in real estate. Thanks for the lively conversation.
This is an excellent video. I am planning to relocate to Nairobi and because of this video I feel that I am more informed to make an intelligent decision in renting/buying property in Kenya. Thank you.
@surah1655 no. You can invest in tbills. All you need is your identity and a local bank account. Also you must open a cash account with cbk for buying the tbills or bonds

Very good information, could you talk more on due diligence when it comes to buying land that only have allotment numbers ,how can one protect themselves.Thank you
First confirm the records at the City Council, secondly confirm that they have the original Letter of Allotment and thirdly make sure you have a very comprehensive written Agreement before exchanging any money. You can contact me incase you have any questions.
