How to edit the Metadata of an image or photo on Windows 10 and Windows 11

Image metadata basically contains details about the camera, date, colour, resolution and and other information, that can help apps to show you when the picture was taken, the resolution and other important details about the image.

On my Windows 10 system, when I right-click on a JPEG photo file and go to Properties, in the Details tab I see all the information just as shown in this video, but I can't fill in a missing field (such as Title) or edit existing information. Why not?

This does not explain how to get to the tags in windows. If an incorrect tag is baked into windows. You can change it but if you have a word repeated that is misspelled you want to remove the tag from the system. How do you do that and where are they stored.

How can I add date, Author Name, Copyright and locatiom (via coordinates) on multiple images at a time? (As well as on videos if possible) like if there's any software or any?
