I ordered ceremonial grade matchas from Amazon and tested them all at home and found my favourite Japanese matcha. I have a whole ritual when I enjoy matcha - it's zen time for me! 😊 I've tried matcha drinks from so many coffee shops around Ontario 🇨🇦 but I still prefer my matcha I make at home, unsweetened. As a former Peets shift lead, for the matcha, we use mighty leaf ceremonial matcha powder. It is indeed an expensive powder. And the matcha powder itself isn’t sweeten, we usually sweeten it with simple syrup, (though people usually love it with vanilla syrup). Edit: I always put 2 or 3 scoops of matcha in there just because one of Peets tiny scoop not enough for the massive amount of milk.
@ normally for a medium size, they put one level scoop, their scoop is very very tiny because how expensive that matcha powder is! Normally 2 or 3 ( if you prefer your matcha very strong) heaping scoop would make them taste much much better! You can also ask them for a strawberry matcha, i think they still have the strawberry purée! Just around the cup or blend in with the matcha, it’s actually pretty good Edit: I’m glad you like the drink

Hope you can get past the title and appreciate the work that we put in all of our videos instead of calling them “annoying.” Or maybe we’ve grown apart and that’s okay too.
