This an apartment tour of my dream NYC apartment that I hope to buy in the near future. It is $13,000,000 so may take a little bit for me save up for but this place is incredible!
The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect… You need a temperament that neither derives great pleasure from being with the crowd or against.

I only have one question after seeing this - why do you bother to put a bracket up for connecting your ghetto bbq to this otherwise fancy patio? Absolutely nuttiest ever.
As someone who has lived in New York for 15 years, the apartment is certainly worth the money. The only thing I would have expected is a more built out master dressing room.
And an outdoor kitchen because there is already electricity and water out there. What was up with the grill chained to the wall?? Who is going to try and take it?

EXACTLY the word that came to mind while watching this - IKEA. I remember watching celebrity homes in Mexico where homes look like cathedrals. I can appreciate some degree of minimalism, but this is just devoid of any personality at all. They mention designers and architecture - there's no art to any of this. Just white flat surfaces.
@M96 He's never getting these properties, and these properties aren't meant to be lived in really. They're swapped from one investor to the next. And the city devotes all its resources and energy to facilitating these properties, utterly ignoring the actual working class people. So yeah, I can hate them.
@M96 "wreck building"... thats a nice pre-war building... those tend to be much more expensive than the cheaper modern buildings... but I agree.. definitely out of space and I would've liked it more if it actually matched the building

I respect this guy mentality and motivation to fulfill his dream and make it happen. If someone wants something really, really hard and make it a main goal, nothing can stop him.
As for the apartment, it is very good, no doubt about it, but the price is too high surely due to inflation (I guess this happened this year). Since the real estate market begins to decline really hard, I think next year the price of this apartment will be way cheaper, but I don't think rich people would care much and wait for price drop and risk somebody else to get it.

Amazing apartment! I especially love the outdoor space but there are only a few months out of the year that I’d use it with the weather here, summer is too hot & humid and the winters too cold! Otherwise, it’s a perfect place!

well l get that a lot but with smart work and discipline, I have created multiple streams of income for myself from real estate and from the blockchain mining network,that makes it so easy for me to afford these little things.

Looks almost like the one I invision. It has a kitchen/living room connection and a terrace. The kitchen sits slightly above in the center. You step down into the living room a step or two. I have aligned my energies with my future self who already lives there with your future self who are both manifesting you onto that timeline where you already have your apartment. It is done!

The impressive feat is being able to build on top of such an old building without compromising the building or the roof. I wonder if the apartment is responsible for all of the maintenance costs for the entire roof of effectively both buildings.
