The views, as you mentioned and the refrigerator, that two rotating chairs area, the kitchen, and the fact that i also thought there must be another area and opened a closet kinda thing. 😅😍 and the fact you already brought it, 😇when you moving in ? The living room and kitchen that’s awesome
The Master Bedroom Suite. I think I would try to place the bed in the corner between the teo sets of windows, on a diagonal, so no matter which way I woke up, I would have a great view.

the problem with these apartments is the HOA fees. they're stupid high, like 100k+ yearly. AND the property taxes, another 200-500k yearly in some cases. a lot of the time, like a beach house, they rent these out, people don't necessarily live there full time.
I'd have the bed facing the window and then a TV / screen coming down from the ceiling so you could choose either TV or window view. Or have the bed on a rotating platform so you could face any direction.

Definitely put the bed across from the tv even though it’s in front of a window. Not so much for watching the tv, but because then you’re looking at the Chrysler building / Empire State view from bed.

Favorite room in the apartment is the gym/peleton room! You are 6'4"! Im 6'5"! ❤
Put the headboard where bed faces both windows. Up against the shelves at the entrance of the room. Have a table the faces the window to let the light. No tv in the bedroom it takes away from connection.

Finally, glad to see another Taylor Bell content
May be a bit unconventional, but I'd put the bed in the corner coming out diagonally into the room. Headboard wouldn't block all that much of the window and you can throw a lamp behind it in the dead space. You can roll out of either side of the bed and have a great view AND you can lay on your right side in bed and watch TV, if you so choose.

Your turtle would get lost in that place. Your current place is so much more practical.
Master bedroom and all the great views! Those are always a plus. Regarding the bedroom, definitely go with the view directly in front of the window. Just buy a bed with a low headboard, limiting the obstruction. Just a thought, but I'm sure your decorator will have some great ideas!😊

Had this apartment had a rooftop space or outdoor terrace from living room or bedrooms like 180 east 88th streets penthouse, it would have been way better because that building and apartment is perfect but personally I would have liked it way more had it been around this neighbourhood
