      It depends. The best way to make it general is eating healthy. Stay away from junk, process foods, and the likes. Fruits veggies, water, chicken, fish, etc. That will rid your body of the bad stuff that prevents us from performing at our best.

    Hi sir.. I didn't cut the hurdles correctly and I jumped on the hurdles. So what I do?

    hello sir, i have a question: are hill sprints good for speed? what you think about it ? maybe it's too bad for knees. are you using hill sprints for your training routine, coach?

      Chucky hill sprints are great for sprinting. My team does hill work once a week, with increased reps every week.
