The left one is sugar and the right one is coconut powder. The dishes are mild, sweet and creamy 🙂

Why the flames? Because the pan is hot? Youre really calm. Id freak out if flames came up like that!! 😂

The flames give it that distinct smokey flavour to certain dishes. I freaked out when I first started, I think everyone does 😂😂
