    墨魚蘿蔔餅
    Radish pancake with squid
    ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️
    墨魚蘿蔔餅
    材料:
    急凍墨魚滑150克
    白蘿蔔1斤
    處理:
    1. 白蘿蔔,去皮,切兩端,切絲,放碗內。
    2. 白蘿蔔絲,加入調味料:
    a. 生粉2湯匙
    b. 麪粉2湯匙,撈勻
    c. 蠔油1湯匙
    d. 胡椒粉1茶匙
    撈勻。
    3. 墨魚滑,加入白蘿蔔絲,撈勻。
    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
    2. 放蘿蔔魚滑落鑊,大火煎香直至收乾油分。
    3. 蘿蔔魚滑,一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。
    4. 蘿蔔餅,兩面都已煎至金黃色,擎乾油。
    5. 完成,上碟,可享用。
    Radish pancake with squid
    Ingredients:
    Frozen squid paste 150g
    White radish 1 catty
    Preparation:
    1. The radish, get it peeled. Cut both ends. Get it shredded. Put in a bowl.
    2. The radish, add seasoning:
    a. Tapioca starch 2 tbsp
    b. Rice flour 2 tbsp, mix well.
    c. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    d. Pepper 1 tsp
    Mix well.
    3. Squid paste, put into the radish, mix well.
    Steps:
    1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
    2. Put radish and fish paste in wok. Fry well at high flame until it is totally dry.
    3. Radish and fish paste, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying.
    4. The radish pancake, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, drain the oil.
    5. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
