My fuchsia chanel 22 bag from the metiers 2022 collection literally peeled just after 20 minutes wear… its insane… and my pink woc heart bag has very wonky stitches… so as for the falling screw on your big heart bag… it will keep happening so of you are not up to constantly re screwing the screw back, then I would contact your SA and maybe request an exchange for a voucher. Cuz they will tell you they will send the bag out for repairs, but I believe (and this is just my opinion) that they would probably just hot-glue the screw in place cuz there seems to be no other way to fix the screw issue. In my video that you mentioned in your video, I also show the woc heart bag from chanel’s runway and the chain of that heart bag actually fell off the bag during the chanel spring summer 2022 runway… the model kept the bag in her hand hanging by one chain only while the other side of the chain was dangling off the bag… its just sad at this point. I personally am veering away from chanel leather pieces made from ss22 onwards for now, waiting in hopes that they will honestly step up their quality control and start making better quality bags. 💖💖💖

I got classic double flap in clare beige in 2023 in Harrods, London. I only opened the bag several months after purchasing and discovered the stiching wasnt even on the sides and there was leather sticking out and made the bag look badly made. I sent the bag to Paris where they confirmed the flaw is within the acceptable range. However, the Harrods Chanel Spa Manager overruled their decision and swapped the bag. When i saw her she told me not only the leather was sticking out but also the bag wasnt straight... Oh dear! This thoughted me to ALWAYS check the b ag before i pay for it
That only proove the point that bags are just bags....it does not matter if you buy a Polene bag, an artisan Italian handmade from a Market in Sicilia or at Chanel really... Actually the small artisans are much better quality than CHANEL unless you buy VINTAGE Guys , girls and they community... wake up and save your money for trips!! Thanks for sharing the video!!
My friend bought a nylon zipper Chanel waist bag 3yrs ago and the zip broke off the zip line after a few uses within a year .She had a very difficult time getting it repaired for free . She still had to pay for the freight fee and repair and it’s been 8 mths of waiting for the bag till today . Prada would never have a broken nylon zip bag !
First off I’m very sorry you are experiencing this. Should never happen. Normal companies recall an item when they know it’s bad. End of story. I’m going through a Chanel issue with a pink pair of slides/clog. I bought them at the end of March. Wore them may, June and July. That’s summer where I’m from. August 1 noticed a part of the wood came off by the toe. So I sent them back to neiman and they sent them to the repair center who said they spoke to Chanel who said they don’t have the supplies to fix them? I called Chanel and they redirected me to neiman Marcus. I called the manager. No call back. And the saga continues. No more chanel shoes for me I learned my lesson.

I actually never brought it up with my SA. I almost feel lucky that it was just a hardware issue and not a leather issue. a leather issue I would definitely have to bring up because there’s no way I could fix that myself. 😖❤️
That’s so disappointing. If it turns round like that the screw isn’t tight enough and it will just keep happening I think. I wonder if Chanel could replace the screw with one that fully tightens when done up?

My husband suggested adding a little Loctite if it ever happens again which hopefully it won’t🙈🙈
