I think I've heard that if your elbows are out to your sides at 90 degree angles instead of being pinned against your sides then it works your chest

Actually ignore what I just said. I just watched a bunch of videos after this one saying 90 can cause injury to your shoulders and you should have them between 45 and 60 degrees away@@antoniogalvez581

I personally find a close grip barbell floor press works best of bench press assistance and tricep developed. I typically will start with a foot or incline bench 3-5x1-3 (strength days) and follow up next with floor press 4x8-10. This helped me go from a 225 bench and eventually I press 275 about a week ago. Floor Press is legit
